To the owner who is responding to this review, your employee contacted someone who she claimed was the owner and was told to not refund or fix the order. So either your trying to save face or she was lying. Either way it is not okay.
Food was good, place was a bit basic but had a few seats to eat in. My biggest problem that might keep me from coming back is the customer service. My partner and I were told it was best to order off the kiosk which is no problem. The problem occurred when the kiosk didn't properly describe the food. My partner does not eat certain foods like cheese and mayo. He put in all his modifications based on the kiosk description of the sandwich but his sandwich had mayo on it. When we brought that up we were told oh well we won't refund you. The kiosk didn't list mayo as an ingredient so how was he supposed to know to take it off. The fact they messed up his food and told him oh well is really unacceptable. We had to be treated like crap and then he had to point out the kiosk error to get them to fix it. This is not how a business should be run. Fix your kiosk to have proper descriptions first, second show some level of customer care. You messed up just make it right.

We ordered takeout from Hen solo a few times now. And honestly each time was just as amazing. We always ordered the chicken cutlet sandwiches.
We have had the Caprese, R2-Rabe, Cesar and Vodka Pesto. And they’re all very good! I especially loveee the Caprese. Still great when you re-heat the next day lol. Huge portion which we love. Our only suggestion would be to give us the option to cut in half :) This is for sure our guilty pleasure spot.

Visited today, Saturday August 2nd around noon from the other side of town. The place is small. Only has room for 3 couples or six chairs. There is only one touch screen to order and they didn’t wanna seem to take orders at the register. The food was bland. The tenders were falling apart and out of the fried batter. The truffle fries were bad. The sauce for the tenders was not good but not bad either. Ultimately, it’s a novelty shop. Excellent service.
My husband and I really enjoyed this restaurant! The flavors are out of this world (no pun intended) and the food is very hearty. I got the C-3 Pineapple and my husband got the Vodka Pesto Rebel. The prices are a little high but the food can last for multiple meals, making it worth it. The lady at the counter also very nicely explained the food options and how to order—she answered all the questions we had. We really enjoyed this place, and the ambience is also cute as well. We’ll be back!

Food was just not good for a chicken place. I got the caprese cutlet sandwich. Cutlets had a weird artificial texture, and sandwich was soggy, and at ten inches long was not cut in half. My friend got hot wings which had no crunch to them, the skin was just as soggy as my sandwich. 6 wings and a sub combo for $40 left us feeling disappointed without a doubt

Chicken sandwiches are fantastic And definitely worth getting - Will 100% come back to order these. The waffle fries were good too!
Wings unfortunately are expensive and not tasty (Bad combination of soggy, low flavor, lot of fatty/tendon chucks, Not remotely spicy despite being ‘habanero’). To their credit, the wings are chunkier Compared to normal, but disappointingly below expectations (especially relative to the chicken sandwiches and waffle fries). Did not finish them.
