I've been here a few times and have tried various food and drinks, never disappointed. Fell in love with the fact that not only do they have a consistent weekly karaoke night on Friday, but the sound system is better than most places I've played at back in my band days 😆

Went in this last Monday. Its A cozy little bar with some pretty decent food and a welcoming environment. The bartender was on point, sweet, and the place is absolutely great for winding down. Will be coming back for sure. Also, the wings are pretty damn spot on. Do recommend em. The burgers aren't bad but a wee bit of seasoning the patties would improve them.

Went on Monday night. Ordered two burgers at bar. Had several beers w/companion. Two couples arrived after us, also ordered food. The two other couples received their food, and finished it as we still sat waiting for our food. When we inquired very kindly as to where our food was the female bartender became very offensive. Loudly proclaimed that she didn’t cook the food and it wasn’t her fault. Instead of attempting to resolve the situation she told us too bad, just leave!! And don’t come back!! I have never been treated so rudely in an establishment. Bad, rude service. Will not go back. Went to lucky’s last chance on Main St. and had the very best burgers.

I have a limited opinion of Henry James as I only visit as a traveling man, but whenever I do I always feel a sense of local community, friendly, jolly nice service, and a jolly nice pint. I've never sampled food here to offer an opinion.

Your quintessential local bar. Staff is so friendly and welcoming and the food is always good! Everyone is always a delight when you go here. Definitely in our rotation.
Side note: my wife was 39 weeks pregnant when we went and the lovely bartender bought her a local lottery ticket! That’s the type of stuff that keeps people coming back!!!

Sat here for an hour and was barely acknowledged. Italian wedding soup was great but none of the 4 employees circling around us even made eye contact while we waited. Everyone around us was getting served, mind you!
After addressing our wait time, they said that there was a leak in the kitchen, but also they're busy? So we couldn't get our chicken Caesar wrap that we waited an hour for.
Other patrons got glass cups with lemon water, we got plastic cups with regular water after having to ASK. I was the only black patron today.
We just decided to leave after this treatment. The staff didn't care. Won't be coming back.
