The wait was really long for counter service and there are only a couple of seats to wait, so I recommend ordering all in advance for pick up.Vegetarian options: It's all vegan. The chik'n and burgers are good. The sweet potato fries made my day. I'm not vegan because I won't give up dairy so I was hesitant to get a vegan milkshake but it was actually pretty good. I'd definitely order it again.Parking: There are parking garages and street meters in the area. It's expensive and can be hard to find a spot when a lot is going on in the theaters.

Best “chicken” I’ve ever had!!! Went veggie years ago but missed the texture of chicken for a long time. The ranch chicken sandwich was awesome.

My fiancé and I just moved to Philly and ordered this for pickup after a long day of moving. The food was really good but our order was completely wrong. My 10 piece nugget meal was missing 4 nuggets and my fiancé got a burger instead of the chicken sandwich he ordered. We’re going to try this place again, and hopefully next time we get the right food.

Beyond disappointing, I waited 30 minutes for food that was cold so I didn’t take it and asked for my money back because I didn’t want to wait even longer.They were “busy” but no one seemed to be moving at all in the kitchen, one person was just standing there in the back angry and definitely was not to code with their hair (long hair worn down with just a visor on it?!)The woman working the counter was very nice though and doing her best but this was just the worst. I used to love this place but I won’t ever go back. 30 minutes wasted.

I'm not sure what happened to HipCityVeg -- I've ordered from here twice and both times I got really sick. The food used to be so fresh and clean; now it's like any other fast food and this site especially seemed not well maintained. The floors were sticky.
Desmond was so sweet, friendly and helpful!The food was fresh, tasty and clearly of good quality. We devoured a basic B with cheese meal with sweet potato fries and a kale lemonade, and a smokehouse burger with with a side of fries and onion rings. No joke everything was delicious. I will happily come back.Also for such a tiny shop they have a beautiful seating area to the right of the counter. We loved it!
