The food is good. We'd been ordering from there for years with all positive experiences. However, after waiting almost THREE HOURS (no exaggeration) for a delivery, I called to check order status. A woman in the background was yelling angrily. The food was tasty, yes. However, after I left a positive review on grubhub that I wasnt allowed to update, I received an email that my order was adjusted to add an additional $3.24 charge due to "menu error." I tried to find out the reason, but was given no explanation. I know it's not a significant amount, but I find it to be extremely dishonorable and spineless to charge someone's card with no prior approval, for no definitive reason. Again, the food is good. But, on principle, I will never order from them again. And I hope the owner goes out of business because they are sneaky and try to skim a little bit of cash from a lot of people, thinking nobody notices. But, it's the same $3.24 amount each time, according to other reviews. I don't like liars, and dishonorable ways of making money. Deceitful, shady ways. Icky, gross, snakelike. So... cheers to the demise of ho-le-chan. Hopefully it teaches the owner to be a good person. Good riddance!!

I ordered my food, which I checked the order online first & it was $41.26 with tax, I tried to use my card over the phone & she said for my son to bring the card, when he picked it! My son goes 50 minutes later & the food isn't even cooked yet. When I check my credit card she charged me $44.50. I hope she realizes this was my last order from her! I live 50 steps from her restaurant but I'll call No 1 Cafe & pay for delivery! She has messed with my family for the VERY LAST TIME!!!

Called back and wanted to change my large fry to a small said we couldn't change the the oder and rudely hung up on me never AGAIN !!!!

We used to order from here all the time but tonight ruined that for us. Food came over an hour when the store is legit RIGHT around the corner from us. When we called back to tell her the cheese fries were cold and we could reheat everything else but just asked for that to be fixed. The lady yelled saying it wasn’t cold then how she’s busy for a Saturday night so I have to take it or not pay for it.

Last night we ordered Lo Mein and found a piece of wire in the food I called to report it and the were aware that a wire scrub brush had left wire bristles in customer's food. They were very dismissive and refused to refund our money when we kindly asked. It was terrible how indifferent they were and they even knew about the issue and still didn't care! What a horrible way to treat your customers. Please stay away from that place!!

Please order elsewhere. It took almost two hours and the food was cold. I called twice about delivery ETA and then about a refund after receiving cold food, for which I was promptly told a hard no. Won't be ordering again, and I suggest you stay away as well. Thanks!

Long term staple in Port Richmond right on Aramingo ave. Exactly what you want and expect from great American Chinese takeout. They deliver which is a bonus and I think they have a lot of veggie offerings as well.
