Massive breakfast sandwich, I got the hot Italian sausage egg and cheese on a jalapeño bagel. Probably the best breakfast sandwich I had in Philly and I’ve been living here for 30 years

Grill closes at 2...can't even get a bagel

This was my second time visiting this restaurant. I had just got an large iced latte with french vanilla as my favor. The girl told me it's 8 pumps of french vanilla for a large so I said cool and can I get cold foam like a sweet cream flavor she said we can do that. So when I got my drink from what I noticed the inside the lid had the coffee mixed with the cold foam. Now I believe the person that was making it has just made it without the cold foam and realized she forgot to add the cold foam at the top so instead of giving me a new clean lid she use the same lid that has all the coffee inside the lid which it bother me. I can understand it busy and people where ordering a lot of ice coffee drinks but for me presentation is KEY 🗝️. I'm not a person that in a rush. I like my coffee drinks to be made right and I really didn't taste the french vanilla that much so going forward please make everything as perfect as I order it. 😊

Delicious coffee and great food!

I waited for a friend for a while and saw they have great relationships with their customers! When ordering I mentioned my drink would be “all for now” then sat down - and they let me know 20 min before closing the kitchen in case I wanted to order. Very kind, would regularly visit if I was in this neighborhood! Chai was delicious and the food looked great too.

Tons of coffee options and different flavors that you can mix & match, breakfast sandwiches are made to order. The sandwiches are a bit on the pricier side but usually big enough that I split them into 2 meals. If you go on a weekend or holiday I suggest ordering ahead on their website, I was quoted 25-30 min when I ordered at the counter on a Sunday.

Got a fantastic bacon egg and cheese bagel yesterday. It was huge and delicious. Paired with a Chai latte yum!
Looking forward to Jimmy's future plans for Homegrown. Valerie and the staff are great.

Cool neighborhood corner breakfast spot. Quick, friendly service. Ordered a simple breakfast burrito that was excellent and massive. Worth the walk from the hotel.

Best breakfast sandwich we have ever had!!! My husband got the Yobo (waffle breakfast sandwich), and I got a jalapeño cheddar breakfast sandwich. I couldn't get a pic of his because he ate it so fast, hahaha. I will say the wait for our food took a while, but it's definitely worth the wait. I also got an iced coffee with peanutbutter flavoring, which was delicious. We will definitely be back!

If South Philly was a coffee shop, @homegrown215 would be it. Delicious locally supplied coffee beans from @beantobean, delicious donuts and breakfast sandwiches. They have a cute eat in area and the staff are lovely. I can't wait to visit again!
