Nick was absolutely fantastic! The class was engaging, well-paced, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. The energy in the room was so positive, and everyone who attended brought such a great vibe. It was truly a memorable and uplifting experience.

Well-organized, intimate evening with pleasant and patient pasta-making guides! Francesca and Olivia were wonderful. Charcuterie was delish. Dough for pasta was premade (though the recipe is shared) so the bulk of the time is spent learning to make various shapes. Two different sauce variations were then mixed with the pasta we formed and enjoyed by the group. Finished with some gelato made by the shop owner. How can such an evening be anything but great?

Amazing class! Love that this class is taught in a very small group, it makes it feel like you're really getting family recipes and techniques passed along (because you are!). The antipasta plate set out as at welcome and finishing the night off with homemade gelato nightcap were perfect small touches. Wonderful food, experience, and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an experience to share with a significant other, friends, or family!

The pasta making class with wine tasting at Herman’s Coffee was a fun and very pleasurable evening. In this class we were given a mound of dough and the tools to make 5 different shapes of pasta by hand just like ones served in Italy and Sicily. Janine and Oliver went around the room giving hands on instruction. It gave me an appreciation of how much time and skill it takes to do this. Janine and Olivia served the pasta in two sauces, a tomato sauce and a pistachio pesto sauce. Both were delicious, especially the unique pesto sauce. The evening started with charcuterie served with a spritzer and ended with delicious homemade gelato served with amaro. There were delicious wine pairings throughout the class. There was much camaraderie among the participants which added to the enjoyment of the evening.

Olivia is fantastic. She was engaging, funny and is very passionate about the food and it's history. The pasta was delicious and both the Pistachio Pesto Sauce and the San Marzano Tomato Sauce were amazing. The Gelato was truly the best I have ever tasted. What a fun-filled afternoon!!

Our class was held at Herman’s (coffee shop/market) and included a wine pairing which we really enjoyed. Everything we ate and drank was delicious and we had so much fun chatting with the hosts as well as the other people attending the class. Definitely recommend! ❤️
Fun evening! Olivia did a super job instructing our group, and sharing where we could buy the flour and Gnocchi board. We made a delicious dinner that I can’t wait to make at home! I would recommend this experience to anyone. We are making plans to make it a family night in the future!

Intimate experience for up to 6. Would be fun for a girl’s day out. Nick explained everything in detail and was very helpful to all. Small group lets everyone participate, hands on! Nick was very knowledgeable about all things Italy. Making pasta is not as daunting once you have good instruction and are given proper tools and ingredients. From the antipasto to the pastas and gelato overall great experience!
