There are two things I love in any place I travel to (there are many really) but a nice Chinatown and a Chinese pastry shop.
Sometimes I don't always feel like eating a heavy meal, so I'll get a pastry or to just have something nice.
The raisin bread and egg bread are really nice here. I can still taste them.

Coolest bakery. Super raw. Lady up front is incredibly nice. Loved speaking Canto with her. Breads and such aren’t top tier, but service makes up for it, the simple idea of supporting a small business immigrant-owned bakery.

I was not very impressed by this bakery- just okay! Pork Buns were not very fresh, maybe if they were kept warm they would taste better. Not very much filling in them either.

I’d say this place has well earned its 2.9 star rating. We went here for late dessert since it’s one of the only places open after 11 on a weekday. Macarons were okay…. the presentation was a little wonky. The $6 slice of chocolate cake was the worst I’ve had, definitely worse than grocery store cake. The door was locked and we had to wait to be let in for “takeout only.”
Save yourself the time and money.

The egg tart was ok but the mochi filled with coconut and peanut was phenomenal (and huge!)
got a cake over here last week and inside of the cake was stale. the decoration was done nicely but inside, it was starting to have black spots, you can tell it was sitting for at least 5 days,
i used to buy pastry here once in a while and this place used to be very good, never would i come back again. you can make the money from me this time but i will never spend a dime here anymore.
