Quiet and relaxing place to ear on a Sunday afternoonThe shrimp was Heavenly. The crabs were very delicious.

Food was good, and the server was pleasant. We really enjoyed the calm, relaxed atmosphere. There were no loud, disturbing conversations... even the people seated at the bar were quiet. We will definitely eat here again.

If you're a seafood lover, this would be one of your stop to try out too.The seafood is fresh and meaty. Definitely not those that has no meat or skinny crab legs. You get to choose among a good number of seafood choices, including snow crab legs, king crab, dungeness crab, clams, crawfish, scallops, blue crab, lobster tail, whole lobster, etc. (Check out their menu options for more details.) Food quality is pretty good. This is a good place for a group of friends too. They also has a bar area too if you want to grab a drink with a friend of two. Good environment. One thing I would have to say is that their clam chowder was not as good as I have expected. There are other places I've tried that serves better ones than here.Service wise, I think they lack of servers. There are times when you want to look for one to grab extra items, you have to wait around. Although my server did try to check on us here and there, but she was also the one that has to stand by the receptionist table to welcome and seat new incoming customers. Overall not bad. I have been there twice so far, so definitely a place I would return and eat there again.Update 1/15/2022I came here yesterday thinking to enjoy a late lunch. This time I am quite disappointed.1. The sauce doesn’t taste as good this time, a bit bland.2. The clusters were small. I ordered 2 clusters and both like skinny to the point there are barely meat inside.3. The calamari was probably deep fried with some old oil or reused after reused oil because my friend who used to work at Wings to Go can tell.4. The mini boil of black mussels were a bit overcooked.5. The waiter did not even serve us, a party of 5 including a toddler and excluding a newborn in a carseat, any water nor ask if we want any water to start.Lastly, this place did not ask any of us to show our Covid vaccinations card when we dine in, which after 1/3/2022 is require.

OMG! Bella the manager was incredible!! She literally finished all of our thoughts before we could even get it out!!! Not only did she give us excellent service, but she gave us great conversation and suggested things to our order!! She even had a special cocktail that we absolutely loved!! Best service we've had in a while! We'll definitely be bringing our daughter, and recommending this place and telling them to ask for Bella!

I will never regret to eat in this tasty place.

The service and food was great. it was Friday night Karoake that my granddaughter got to sing 3 songs. Nice family atmosphere.

Good food clean & they also sell Frozen Margaritas if driving it's still good

We had Ms Bella who was very nice in seating us and our serve who I did not get her name also very nice, the food as always very good and we were very happy. The only thing I have is the cleanliness, ladies restroom was very dirty, toilet paper on the floor, hand towels on the floor, no toilet paper in the rolls, partition divider dirty. We also notice the floor was not mop properly and we saw dry spilled something on floor. Again the servers were awesome. And I know that people /customers uses these restroom can be special all I am asking is for consistency of checking both mens and ladies restrooms so customers like myself who enjoy Hook and Reel can be reassure all is disinfect at these trouble times with Covid-19. Thank you

Very good food good quiet spot

I was out doing a lot of Christmas shopping alone and I came across this restaurant by simply walking by. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!! The manager Ms. Fadwah T and her trainee Mr. Garry were excellent. Very attentive. I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. It’s VERY CLEAN the food was out precisely, fresh, and very delicious. I was suppose to be ordering A MARGARITA and I’m now on my 3rd. I recommend this place to everyone. I’ll definitely be back and sending family and friends. Keep up the great work this is what dinning is all about. 100 stars.

This was my first time coming to this establishment and it’s not what I expected. A definitely one & done. I’ve been to better places but this is just not it. Server was kind but would have been nice to be checked up on more often.

Great food, and great servers. And the prices are just right!!

Everything was great and our server Bella was amazing. She recommended really good drinks to compliment the meals we had which were superb! Will be returning next time we're in town
