The bartender had the inability to make a proper Long Island and never checked on me to see if everything was ok with the food nor if i needed anything else. I take it because i was not a male, she had no reason to display proper customer service to me. Do not have Alexis as your bartender if you are a female. She doesn't know the similarity between women...men...and "customers".

Went to Hooter's for the first time ever, and this restaurant was really good. The service and food were excellent. My wait staffer was Kristin and we talked panties, and I even got to give her a peek of mine. Nice place to eat.

Worst chain of hooters ever. No one greets or gives you a menu. We both were just standing there like losers and ended up leaving the restaurant. The staff there need to learn about customer service from scratch.

So here i am again a year later and yes nothing has changed i would dare say that the wait staff has gotten worse . now mind you it is slow now it is 5 p.m. on a tues there are just a bunch of un professional wait . this place has two strikes on them and it is the only closes hooters near me besides Atlantic city (wich i love ) i been around and i kno wat. Is wat this place need better wait staff more pro and mature i hope management gets on the ball before this place is shut down.

As a an ex-Hooters waitress this is the saddest one I have ever been. Service was slow despite a small crowd on a Saturday night. Drinks were empty most of the night. Girls seemed sad and generally unfriendly. I know sometimes girls there are shy with a couple but I was nothing but friendly and nicer I was the more put off they were. Should close and try again in lower Bucks County.

This location hasn't been consistent. The wait staff has a high turnover and they never seem entirely knowledgeable. I have yet to visit this location and not have to have at least one of my party's meals remade because it came out wrong. I always get Daytona wings every time I go to Hooters and I've learned that at this location you have to specify that you want them grilled- even though they're supposed to come grilled, that's the whole point of the Daytona style. Overall not bad, just don't be surprised if they don't get your order right the first time

After years of complete lack of interest from management and the owners, this Hooters is now permanently closed. This used to be a thriving location when they were just a few miles north in Bensalem, PA. But the owners had such a hard on to have "Philly" as it's location. So in 2012, they moved to possibly the worst location available. Surrounded with plenty of competition (which, they previously had very little), the crowds were cut in half. They staffed with the minimal amount of Hooters Girls (their biggest attraction), even during peak hours. For the most part, the Hooters Girls were very good, and tried their best. The food usually came out slowly, that's what happens when there's only one cook. Most of the manager's could not have cared less. Most of the time they were stingy with "specials", even when it was obvious that attendance was on the decline. It didn't help that they were located in a strip mall, in a corner where visibility was bad. Most of the year, there's an impromptu flower stand blocking it's view also from very busy Roosevelt Blvd.As it was proved in Bensalem, this could be a great area for a Hooters. They just need to have owners who know where a successful business needs to be located. They also need managers who appreciate customers, instead of hiding back in their office.My best wishes go out to the Hooters Girls that really did try their best to make dining here an enjoyable experience.

They girl are not nice , they might look good but inside they are ugly and they are not they greatest. This is the last I ever go there because I know there are better places and better atmosphere. Chickies and petes are better please go there and you will know the difference.
Wow, this review is way overdue .I have had some great times at this Hooters location . I have been here a multiplicity of different times with both my family and friends. I especially love coming here on my birthdays and the Hooters girls are all very sociable, beautiful ,kind,sexy , intelligent,in great shape, and friendly . The ambience here is very convivial and hospitable . The girls are all extremely professional and are exemplars of what a great conversationalist should be and they are able to start conversations with you on a variety of different topics . The last time I was here they were playing one of the 2017 NBA championship games between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors. My waitress Sasah was very outgoing ,nice to me and we had a lot of very interesting conversations .It didn't take that long for the Philly cheesestake , curly fries and beer to be served to me . After my delicious meal ,I gave Sasah a generous tip and took another selfie with all of the lovely Hooters girls . I found it intriguing that they were all dressed in a black color scheme as opposed to their more traditional colors, but I was told that they typically dress like that only on certain days of the week .All of the girls were also different races, which I also liked . I can't wait to come back in the near future.As an update to my previous review ,it is a shame that this Hooter location just recently closed.I had many amazing times at this particular venue. I will just have to go to one of their many other locations .I wish many of the,amiable, lovely ,sophisticated , and gorgeous Hooters girls the very best on their future endeavors . Who knows perhaps I will see them again sooner rather than later .

Love the wings. Usually. Ordered $75 worth of wings to go. Ate a few at the bar and they were crappy. I said they were terrible. Waitress was apologetic (wasn't her fault). She talked to manager without me asking. She said nothing he will do. I said you guys can eat them. Manager said, okay. Shook my head and left without the wings I paid for and manager watched me walk away. Too bad I put a tip which is usually 30-50% of the food I order. Then again it went to the waitress who has to work for that guy. Balance, I suppose... This was months ago, but the last time I went in. I was regular prior that. I miss that taste so bad. (The good wings that is.)
