Tried the loaded Mac with tenders and my boyfriend had a cluck & chicken sandwich combo ! The Mac & cheese was very tasty…I asked for medium hotness but it seemed hotter than that! But overall everything was good and prices very reasonable

My family and I recently dined at Hot Clucks on Cottman Avenue, and I must commend the outstanding customer service we experienced. The establishment was impressively clean, and the art adorning the walls added a vibrant touch to the atmosphere.
Now, let’s discuss the food. Often, when visiting a chicken spot, one might think all places offer a similar experience. However, Hot Clucks proves that assumption wrong. The chicken was tender and succulent, avoiding the common pitfall of being overly tough. The quality of the chicken was evident, setting it apart from the competition.
The mac and cheese was a highlight—rich and creamy without being dry, it truly stood out. I also ordered four portions of the loaded cluck fries and one Dirt Bird special, both of which were incredibly flavorful and satisfying.
To top it off, the beverages were refreshing and complemented the meal perfectly. I eagerly anticipate their grand opening this Saturday and can’t wait to return for more delicious offerings.

New girls ruining the atmosphere here, texting more than working, what happen to the two original girls? ? menu is the same still so no point in coming here anymore if they've hired trashy.unprofessional girls WHO TOUCH THEIR DIRTY PHONE AND THEN MY FOOD!!!! and haven't even expanded their very limited menu. I could've snatched that girls phone smh.... She really texted back and forth while I waited for my change, new girls gone make it worse. Young girls smh..

Chicken is bussin' NO CAP ?!! But the service is not to par! I have to give a real review for black-owned businesses because we have to do better with customer service—put a smile on your face! Your food is too expensive not to offer better customer service. With an average cost of at least $25 in this economy, if your price is gonna be your price, well, your service has to match, PERIOD!
I highly recommend a visit!

Good food. The mac and cheese with tenders is actually pretty good. The beverages are refreshing and sweet. I think the milkshakes and smoothies are a little loose. Make sure to let the cashier know how thick you prefer your smoothies and shakes. The service provided is always friendly. The wait is not too bad.
There's no seating. Order online or at the window. Street parking is available.

Found this place for some food, really amazing food and drinks. Service was not there tho, they wouldn’t even acknowledge my bf, idk if it was because he is white or whatever. But the vibe was not welcoming and just not service friendly. Just there to pick up food, no need to be weird. Besides that again, great food.
