Ok so here’s my take I absolutely loveeeeee their Food pizza, cheese steak, anything!!!!! However, it seems like every time I go to order right before 10pm their ALWAYSSSSSS CLOSED!!!! Nowwwww 2night a girl picks up say hotspot pick up or delivery I say delivery she says oh hot spot were closed ?? if y’all plan on closing at 10pm put that as y’all closing time not 11!!!!! I work all day too I get being in the heat but here it is the 3rd Time in less than a week y’all did this!!!! Y’all gotta do better BTW I’m a faithful customer!!!!

I ordered a smoked turkey hoagie from here not to mention it’s during Ramadan I ordered smoke turkey lettuce American cheese tomato pickles salt pepper and oregano with oil when I went to eat my hoagie it didn’t taste right I noticed it was onions on it I was eating I took them off immediately so I assumed that’s why taste was a little off I also noticed their was no salt or pepper on it so I had to use my own condiments in my house which is no problem I did state it’s during Ramadan so I’m fasting so I’m not going to eat much so I only ate half of an half from the hoagie as soon as I felt full literally 2 minutes after sitting there before wrapping my food up i gagged once and I had to run to the bathroom everything came up from the hoagie and the ginger ale I was drinking that was brought from there as well I was regurgitated so harshly my body was tryna force things to come out but it was nothing in to me come out this place has me nervous to want to order anything Especially cold cuts this was my first time ever eating here and more than likely will be my last I’m sorry but I can’t

Went in looking for slices. They did not have slices so I decided to get a an call pizza. Delicious! Cooked fresh. Used fresh veggies and plenty of them. I order a veggies pizza. It was awesome! Definitely going back and may be my new pizza spot.

Be careful when you order delivery because they will mess up your order and won’t hold themselves accountable, second time I ordered chicken cheesesteak Stromboli and they delivered a Steak Stromboli, I don’t eat red meat, second time this has happened. The other day I ordered a chicken cheesesteak sandwich instead of them draining the meat before putting it on the roll they must have just put it on there and wrapped it, so with the steam from meat and it not being drained the bread looked like mashed potatoes when I opened it, it was all soggy. Granted I do like their food when their consistent, however but they’re about to loose a long term customer, and next time they screw up my food I will post a video and also shoot a video commercial on places not to eat from in Philly. Customer service means everything specially in these times of day’s that were living in economically.

Detroit pizza in Philly ! I have had Detroit pizza from a few other restaurants, but Hot Spots is a hidden gem. Perfectly crisp crust and cheese all the way to the edges. I highly recommend Hot Spot. Ps their cheesesteaks are up on the top of my list as well.
They must learn to treat clients very credibly and charge for clients. Don't forget
