This was the first location I went too for the St Patty day bar crawl as a paying bar customer and left totally annoyed and grossed out by their customer service. I had tried to walk out with my first drink and made it to the sidewalk until I was rudely interrupted by a lady bouncer who proceeded to yell in my face, telling me I snuck my drink which was not the case because I walked out with it in my hand and other workers at the door greeted me out. So at this point I was not aware of any drink policy. After she proceeded to yell she had took my drink from my hands causing a cranberry vodka to spill on me and my clothes and we all know cranberry stains. Lastly she told me I was banned. I also want to point out the fact that im 5 foot and 90 pounds the women who took my drink was 5’7 no less than 180. She could not and was not threaten in anyway so had no right to do what she did.For my first time at this location it was definitely a bad experience and wouldnt even think/recommend to ever come here again.

Positives are the piano players and musicians know a lot of variety of songs. They also have freebie giveaways drinks and merch. Negatives are just it's a bit dingy inside, and the bathrooms are weird. Dirty and there's an attendant in there making it weirder. The mixed drinks are not good at all, basically just low tier liquor with cheap mixers in a giant bucket. Bartenders and bouncer are short fused, dealing with people. It's okay with going as a group, but wouldn't come here otherwise unfortunately. I'm sure some nights are probably a lot of fun, but doesn't really change the above.

My office holiday party here was a good time. The photo booth with props was fun, the food was tasty, the drinks were refreshing, and the music was entertaining.
It was an amazing place to spend time and chill. I would like to revisit one day and wish them good luck in continuing to make people happy. ?

Weird vibe place alert! Piano players off key. Weird Christmas party in prime spot of the place. 3 bouncers at the door and the place is semi empty. Bartenders look disappointed. Had one drink and done. Lol

Sat night, bartender (white woman bartender late 20's to mid 30's) charged me for a double that I didn't order. Then proceeded to bring me a single. With lots of ice. Won't be coming
