Place was packed waited for over 15 minutes for two simple orders. Finally got my order , drove 15 minutes back home to find out chicken was hard like a rock , not fresh at all .

The lady at the front is horrible. I tried to get her name she looks white with a pony tail but she has a nasty attitude. You shouldn't put a person at the counter that doesn't speak English and the coleslaw i thru in front of the store. I wouldn't recommend this place.

$1 drink refill for dine-in customers. The manager said since the fountain drink machines are not outside of the counter, it is their policy to change a dollar for refills.

My favorite Popeyes. The food is always hot. They are very efficient at handling the take out orders. They have forgotten my biscuits a couple of times, but they did not give me an issue about getting them to me. Always fully staffed. I highly recommend you order ahead through the app to save yourself a lot of time. It is very busy and walk-ins i assume get their food last.
