Services was OK until she splashed her ketchup on my out. Apologize like it was nothing to her. But it pissed me off. When I had just got dress. No cleaning service on getting that stain out. Scallops was good though.
Parking: Watch out for tickets on parking

I always loved Hyons from 25yrs ago . When they sold to new ownership in last 10+yrs I realized the new owners didn't use separate oil to fry the seafood so my fish tasted like chicken ?. I wasn't eating meat. The old Hyons cooked seafood flounder shrimp etc in separate oil and fries seperate too! .Most ppl don't care, but you don't cook chicken in fish grease at home so why at a restaurant. They should change that?. They make enough to have seperate oil for ? seafood ?. So my flounder won't taste like chicken. It's disappointing...

Born and raised from Swp but being tied to West too Hyon’s was always a hood staple growing up. If you were in this city the early 90’s on down you know this was a go to for real, still is. You know how quality dropped from over years and years, Hyon’s still do pretty good. My go to is the 4 chicken wings and fries platter that you can season to your liking which mine is salt, pepper, extra ketchup, and lil hot sauce. The flounder and shrimp decent too. Best thing for your money in West all day.

When you call to order, someone always picks up to take your order, and they get to know the people who call and come into the store. Their food is good tasting and plentiful.
