Very friendly staff, good food, and very nice interior. There are jenga games to play when you're waiting for food, and the tables are usually clean. I've gotten the Strawberry Green tea and the cookies and cream ice cream (which I haven't had in a while). The green tea is well made and it's a refreshing drink after a long day. I certainly will be coming here again.

Amazing food, especially my favorite, the soy garlic wings. Just did a video on them on my Instagram (Vinny from South Philly), wow so good!

Impulsively popped in as we were grabbing sandwiches next door and I was interested in bubble tea. I can't speak to the food as we only got the bubble tea, but given the latter I won't be back. Opted for the strawberry bubble tea, which was essentially Pepto Bismol colored and Robitussin flavored. The staff was friendly enough, but for one bubble tea I had to pay cash only to avoid an exorbitant fee. Unfortunately, will not be adding this conveniently located spot to my rotation.

This is one of my favorite places to get lunch near CCP. The staff is always friendly and the food is fresh and delicious. My favorite is the mixed vegetables with any of their proteins. I usually request garlic sauce instead of the brown sauce.

This is a great place to study. It's quiet and cute girls come in all the time.

After school hours gets really busy and crowded with students. Food is delicious, but the bubble tea drink quality varies time to time.

Great little spot for a quick dine-in or takeout. Good food at good prices. I had the chili oil wontons, which were great, and a lunch special order of chicken pepper and onions. Additionally ordered a lychee jelly green tea which was awesome! All made for a nice lunch.
