Went in because there was a hiring sign that my mom had told me about she even called before I waked in and asked if their hiring they said yes, I walked in 35 minutes later and asked (I am a black male) they told me that they already hired someone and he was on his way. Okay no problem I walked out then my mom said something didn’t seem right and walked in as soon as she did the lady that told my mom they were hiring said “oh” and then they said they hired someone but handed me an application I threw it out because it felt as if they were being racist at least in my opinion.

was one of the best rolled ice creams ive ever had. was there with a large group of friends and they brought out all of our ice cream at once which was really nice. customer service was amazing and helped us when we needed even if we're loud annoying teens.

It's ok. I was looking forward to going because I heard so much about it. I wasn't impressed. The wait time is very long. The product is just ok. It's rolled ice cream with different candy on it depending on what you order. The staff is nice. The facility is shaky. It's dirty especially outside. They really need to clean up to make it more appealing. It's ok if you want to try it but there is much better ice cream out there.

Love the experience of watching them handcraft your ice cream. The ad on are awesome and a delightful experience. Me and my children love going to this place. Definitely worth checking out! I only wish Frankford avenue offered better parking options because you have to park about a block away. Even though there are spots out front but they say no parking. Nothing to do with the business though, no fault of theirs.
Kid-friendliness: Nice environmental experience and kids friendly. My kids loved watching them make our orders.
Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see any stairs to get in so I don't think they're would be any problem getting in there in a wheelchair.
