The atmosphere was nice because it was an empty restaurant,service was ok ,food was tasteless my T-bone steak was a small piece of grease meat no taste at another locations the hash browns are included here they charge you extra, steak sauce and hot sauce they only give you a packet of each one I will never go back there.

No utensil and food came out only for 1 person even we ordered for 2 people and after i called server they bring food but again i had to ask utensil and no napkins and i noticed that it is only our tables is this because we looks like asian? Horrible service..

There was hair in my food then I sent it back it took 40 min to bring me new food I asked for turkey and they gave me pork and I'm muslim then it took them 10 min to bring me a fork when the new food came it was horrible and I spun like 40 min in the bathroom throwing up so overall I'll never go here again

When we arrived in Philly this was the nearest restaurant to our Sonder hotel so we went there to have late lunch. Most of the menu already gone so my husband and I ordered sirloin steak tips with mashed potatoes and spinach (they didn't have any other veg) (USD20.29) , onion rings to it (USD9.29) and my husband wanted also breakfast tea (USD3.79). It was OK but we were a bit surprised how it was served - mashed potatoes and spinach came on the plate in small bowls together with meat. The lady who served us, Eva was very nice and tried to make our experience there enjoyable after disappointment that our first choice of meal was not available. Together with tax we paid USD57.98. We visited also toilets, they were clean but we needed a code to use it.

We waited 30 minutes for breakfast, even though the restaurant wasn't full. The toast arrived when we were almost finished eating.
Guests who arrived after us received their orders before we did.
We had to ask three times for milk for our coffee.
The restaurant looks rather neglected, and the staff's uniforms aren't clean.
All in all: not a restaurant we can recommend.

Food was good no complaints, but as for the service i had a Spanish girl who barley spoke a bit of english so i believe the manager came and stepped in but he was barely any help because he was just trying to go sit back down with another Spanish girl im unsure if he is a manager or was just someone trying to help because he didnât have an ihop shirt on or anything & he also moved as if he barely knew what he was doing⊠i asked for a manager expecting a face i would recognize because i frequently come here but he was who i got so i am guessing new management idk if this place gets any worse with service i will have to change to the breakfast restaurant next door i know its smaller but i gained a headache just ordering my food đ

We went to IHOP for breakfast. The restaurant was very clean and had plenty of staff. There is the usual extensive menu with dishes that are almost exclusively egg based, e.g. eggs, omelettes, waffles, crepes and pancakes. The food was served quickly, was of good quality and was reasonably priced. We had to wait quite a while for our check which was surprising given that there were probably more staff than diners in the restaurant.
