When we arrived in Philly this was the nearest restaurant to our Sonder hotel so we went there to have late lunch. Most of the menu already gone so my husband and I ordered sirloin steak tips with mashed potatoes and spinach (they didn't have any other veg) (USD20.29) , onion rings to it (USD9.29) and my husband wanted also breakfast tea (USD3.79). It was OK but we were a bit surprised how it was served - mashed potatoes and spinach came on the plate in small bowls together with meat. The lady who served us, Eva was very nice and tried to make our experience there enjoyable after disappointment that our first choice of meal was not available. Together with tax we paid USD57.98. We visited also toilets, they were clean but we needed a code to use it.

We went to IHOP for breakfast. The restaurant was very clean and had plenty of staff. There is the usual extensive menu with dishes that are almost exclusively egg based, e.g. eggs, omelettes, waffles, crepes and pancakes. The food was served quickly, was of good quality and was reasonably priced. We had to wait quite a while for our check which was surprising given that there were probably more staff than diners in the restaurant.

Maybe it was silly to go to an IHOP when I could have gone to any other restaurant in downtown Philly, but I just really wanted some waffles after a long hard day. I honestly wasn't expecting the food to be as good as it was, but it was delicious. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful. We only had to wait 3-4 minutes for a table. It's not fancy, but it's good

Stopped here on the late night and was required to prepay for our food with tip included. That was fine and the service was good but the food just missed the mark for me, maybe I ordered the wrong thing 🤔

I wish I didn't have to leave a star at all. On 7/26/25 this is what hwappened;; when you look at the pic, you'll see presentation is everything my food came out looking like this, see picture below, and no I did not eat it and no I did not have a bite no I did not scramble it. This is supposed to be a veggie omelet. The cook sent this out looking like this, IHOP, do better. The only plus was the handsome server who kept apologizing on behalf of IHOP, on behalf of that cook kudos to that young man. But it was not his fault.

You're not dreaming: Philly finally has a 24/7 diner again. Not only that: this is easily the tastiest, friendliest IHOP I've ever been to and hit the sweetest spot at 3am on a weekday. Cheap, too. May it live forever.
Decent and good for late night study, however service is not the best possibly understaffed.

I ordered avocado toast for takeout expecting basically what I see on the website and my disappointment when I get home to open the order. I got 3 thin slices of avocado not even smashed like it shows and basically the whole piece of bread is like majority empty. The avocado had black streaks, and the bread wasn’t even toasted. It was such a sad meal, pls look at the pic I included. This is my first time ordering at this location and this specific item (I’m vegan so not many options regardless) my friends also ordered they said they had utensils in the bag and they didn’t so overall bad service the food terrible.
