We went late so the door was locked. Security will open the door for you and you have to pay prior to the food being brought to you and 18% gratuity is added automatically. Fortunately our server was worth it and he was very nice and attentive!

Don’t go on a Saturday to the one in center city on walnut street. They only had one waiter and it was busy. The cook was slow and messed up my order. The wait was a hour. Food was average. Waiter was very nice.

I was in town for a tattoo convention and came to eat late at night. I accidentally left my backpack under my booth without realizing. The waiter that I had took my backpack home. Didn’t say anything to anyone. The next day when I realized it was missing I ran to the ihop to see if I left it there. I was out in contact with Kenneth. He showed me the video footage of the night before and walked me around the restaurant to make sure my bag wasn’t out anywhere… but nothing...
