I’ve reached out TWICE about my June 15th visit. The server took it upon herself to ADD a tip to the bill! I was told it would be refunded but never did ! Now I have no choice but to go further with this situation. I have the original copy of the receipt, charges and even the picture of my receipt with a $0 tip. Not only did we wait an hour to be given food , never checked on for needs but also had Money STOLEN from a server.

My nephew really wanted to come here for a really long time and he enjoyed it so much. When we came in we immediately got seated to our table. Our waiter was nice and fast. Our order took about 10 minutes, the pancakes were nicely cooked and the omelette as well. The atmosphere was good and it was very clean. I would 100% come here again and so should you. The best IHOP ever my nephew said.

I think IHOP really does have the best pancakes so when I had a pancake craving for a few weeks, IHOP is where I wanted to go. Last time I was here was about three years ago and we were asked to leave at 4:45pm because they close at 5:00. I thought that was weird but a lot of things were weird during covid times. Recently, I decided to go again. My kid asked for oj and the server told her don't get it because it's watery. I appreciated the heads up, she got iced cold brew instead. I didn't expect it to be amazing but it was worse than a kurig k cup. I wasn't even upset about it though. All I wanted was pancakes. I was so disappointed there was no hot maple syrup. This is one of the main things that sets you apart is hot maybe syrup. I had to eat my cold pancakes with room temperature syrup. I don't think I want to ever go back

The food was bland but not horrible. But that was what I expected from ihop. The hostess was extremely rude though. She sat us at a table with the sun blinding us. So we asked our server for a new table and he re-seated us. It didn’t seem like an issue because there were a lot of open tables. However, the hostess walks by us, seating other patrons, and comments out loud how “people just be sitting wherever they want” and gives us a nasty look. I’m no not giving one star, however, because a server overhead her ( wasn’t hard as she said it loudly) and apologized for her. Bad look ihop.
Terrible experience..!!!weve waited an hour for our order and yet our server name Jessica didn’t notify us early that she deleted our order I’m so disappointed and I did asked them to make it as soon as they can but then the same thing happened again we’ve waited for hour still won’t my son is starving and he’ll no more I hop for us we will not going back there no more they are racist they served with people who came late but didn’t get our order 😡😡😡😡 they must have to do something to improve their service…

The 3 stars is primarily for the cook. The waitress was ok...any time you hear your waitress checking on people and all I get is, here's your check you can take care of it wherever and for her to come back when food is gone to ask is everything okay, is a lack luster of service.

Sadly never got to order our food our drinks got seated waited 10nmins waiter came over to get our drinks. Never came back, this location is way understaffed. Heard another table say they were waiting a long time for their food.
