What a horror of food today. I thought it was going to be great, but what’s up, MAE the waitress. She was super rude, the food was not well cooked we asked to change the food and she said no. That was what we could eat... That was what there was. We ordered some drinks and he also told us no. Really, if I could give him 0 stars, I would give them to him. Don’t come back to this horrible restaurant.

The staff was polite, and the customer service was satisfactory; however, I was concerned by the unkempt appearance of the employees and the surprisingly low number of customers at 1:00 pm, especially given the size of the location.

That said, I ordered the Cinnamon Bun Crepe Combo—which included a crepe, scrambled eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns—along with a French Vanilla Cold Brew Iced Coffee. The meal looked and tasted fine; however, immediately after finishing my meal, I began experiencing stomach cramps, which quickly escalated to severe gassiness, abdominal pain, and intense nausea within the hour. These symptoms lasted the rest of the day, and neither Alka-Seltzer nor gas relief medication provided any relief. I only began to feel better late that night after vomiting. Based on the timing, severity, and persistence of my symptoms, I believe this was a case of foodborne illness caused by the meal I ate at this IHOP location.

One of the employees went to the bathroom and didn’t wash their hands, when asked if they could please wash their hands, he got very offensive to the point where my wife and I had to leave. Seem like a bunch of kids running this establishment. Extremely unprofessional! We felt very uncomfortable especially after the young man told us to go sit down somewhere and talking loud to the other employees saying what’s wrong with this crazy dude. They really need to talk to their staff about professionalism. Just because you are in the hood, don’t mean you need to act like you are!

They serve food to the people that walk in and put the online orders last. When the online orders are ready in the back there is no communication to let people know it's ready no one in charge so people picking up orders just wait there forever even though the order is in the back ready. Also they are due for remodeling and fresh paint. While waiting to pick up my order I was looking around and the ceiling looks horrible. That just makes me wonder what their kitchen looks like. Also they should have someone answer the phones because sometimes I call and no one ever picks up or it rings for awhile and keeps hanging up.

I wish I can report this place to corporate. I walked in and waited 10 min to order water. Male servers had attitude. Then I ordered my food another 10 min after receiving water. I ordered 2 eggs over medium and chicken and waffle. I really waited 30 minutes for food. And my order wasn’t correct. He gave me no chicken on my waffle and yelled at me after I told him I was missing it. He said “No u didn’t, no u didn’t, don’t lie like that”. 😂😂why would I lie about that. I said it twice and my uncle even heard me when I said CHICKEN AND WAFFLESSS.just rude! I normally always tip. But I’m not tipping these people the service was horrible. Thin undercooked waffle.i didn’t even bother going back and forth with him. I just said okay and that’s fine.

ngl ihop on the other side of the boulevard is WAYYYYYY better than this one however the food was good but they need to try harder.

I was overcharged on my card! Gave them my card to pay the bill and I noticed a price change in my transaction history an additional 15$ ( my bill was 39$ and I tipped 6$ cause service wasn’t all that great and neither was the food) I went to the restaurant the next day and called several times a manager was never available. Very poor service!
