ngl ihop on the other side of the boulevard is WAYYYYYY better than this one however the food was good but they need to try harder.

I was overcharged on my card! Gave them my card to pay the bill and I noticed a price change in my transaction history an additional 15$ ( my bill was 39$ and I tipped 6$ cause service wasn’t all that great and neither was the food) I went to the restaurant the next day and called several times a manager was never available. Very poor service!

I went to IHOP for the $6.00 breakfast, but when I arrived, there was no signage. I thought the TV-advertised special ended because the server didn't mention it. The manager said it was on the back of the menu. I asked, since IHOP's current ad campaign was about the $6.00 breakfast, why not ask the customer if they want it?
I was seated next to an overflowing trash can, which made me feel uncomfortable.
I asked for warmed syrup - my food was cold; EVERYTHING - and I was told it's a safety hazard. #SMH They gave it to me, but by the time I received it, I was done.
The food was not good at all. My pancakes were CRUNCHY! I don't think I will ever go back to IHOP again.

I enjoy eating breakfast at IHOP since I first went in high school. I always get the 2x2x2 with coffee. Never had an issue with my servers and my food is always hot. This is my go to spot for a quick breakfast when I am out early or late.

Good service this day was not very good, the waitress did not come to my table to ask if I needed anything else and only served me a coffee and did not even bring me water
Waiting 45 minutes for a cold plate of pancakes, salmon, uncooked bacon, & runny eggs. The silverware was dirtier than the floor in a movie theater. No more IHOP for me

Guy sitting at the front on his phone and once I approach the door it's locked. He opens the door and says the next server has to come before dine in can be open. Is this store 24 hours or not ? Management get it together.

I don't recommend it at all, it was empty and I still had to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to take me to a table, even so I had to look for a person myself after I found it, he takes me to the table, another makes me wait 10 more minutes, then My son and I ordered the food after also waiting for the food even though the place had only two tables apart from us, the food arrived cold and nothing like what I ordered... and it's the same thing I order at other ihops but this one definitely I do not recommend it, People who were sitting next to me even at the coffee were complaining, it was a horrible experience.
