This is the worst IHOP ever....it seems online and in-store! I am TOTALLY dissatisfied with my order through Uber Eats AND the way the manager "SERD" spoke with me over the phone. The food looked like they pulled it out of the trash and threw it in a container. The portion was skimpy except- the wild rice that could've fed three people....but what about my protein....where is it? where's my veggie? as I'm scrambling through rice! This was not even good enough to serve to an animal! The order was not correct and the manager argued back and forth with me about the order that was incorrect....making excuses for the cooks. Never once did he try to be civil and rectify the problem. I have emailed complaints and noone has gotten back to me so the apologies they can keep! This is so frustrating! These restaurants proudly take your money but "CRICKETS" when you reach out to them with a complaint! I usually go to Jenkintown's IHOP....guess I better go back there. This experience really turned me away from any IHOP! You owners should be ashamed because I know your receiving these complaints, your hiring nasty people and keeping them in these positions even after complaints and losing business/money! I'll never return back to that location so please don't reach out asking do I want a "remake"!! I want my "REFUND" that is owed to me!! After reading the comments, this location needs to CLOSE DOWN!

Where to begin? The service was awful. A group of seven. The wait for the food was 45 minutes. The waiter mixed up the food. I ordered 1 waffle, it was not good. We asked for the Manager, this overweight awful unkept person came out, I think his name is Jarvon. He is not management material in anyway, first impression should count, his was terrible. My manager tried explaining to him our situation, he was so unapologetic, almost siding with the waitress. We don’t live in the city, it was a business trip. I have not gone to a IHop in years, will not be going back EVER again. I can only assume it’s because of the location. This location doesn’t seem to appreciate the customers.

I guess this is the only place wheresomeone will respond to you. I submitted a complaint on this locationon 1/14 and still haven’t heard back. Their servers are a joke, clearly not trained all the way up to the disrespectful “manager” don’t expect any kind of good customer service. My bf went in gave my name and the server gave him our food, as he’s leaving she stops him takes the food back and keeps telling him she needs to see the name. Ok, they never ask this but I’ll come in in case it’s policy because I ordered it and it’s in my name. I get in she can’t even articulate what she needs from us or to see. My id? My order email? Says no to both. Finally she says “what he has” pointing to a stranger’s phone. I AM NOT UBER EATS. Are you kidding me? After getting frustrated she walks away from me and puts my food back in the kitchen. The manager comes and is just as rude and says oh bc we have been messing up today giving ppl the wrong food. No apology, no explanation of what the policy is from her or even on the order confirmation. To top it off, when we got home our food was wrong. Don’t waste your time here unless every other one closer is closed.

where to begin. The positive was that we didn’t have to wait long to be seated and our server was great. But it took almost an hour to get our food. They didn’t have gravy for their southern fried steak, they didn’t have strawberries for the pancakes, they gave us plastic utensils while all other customers ate with silverware and the French toast was well under cooked.Parking: Couldn’t tell if it was actually a parking lot.

The waiter was trying his best, but they didn't have silverware, napkins, steak, it was just a mess.... I had to speak to manager a few times just to try to help them out. But we ended up leaving and going to the other location. We got better service there.Maybe they were understaffed that day, but maybe next time.
