The worst service in the entire airport... 8:10 pm

not sure if there was a change in management or something, but i had a great experience with the food, coffee, and service here. i got the ham and cheese croissant and it was warmed up, fresh for airport food, and satiating. the regular iced latte was larger than i expected and tasted great. service was good and attentive. i’d come here over the dunkin over at A18 which had a line 4x the size.

AVOIDE AT ALL COST
Coffee was boiling hot (as others mentioned). The bacon on the egg bacon sandwich wasn’t cooked well. Mostly their sandwiches were mostly empty bread (same with the white egg avocado sandwich). I actually think I might have gotten food poisoning from here.

Airport open, they are serving coffee but stopped Mocha's due to cleaning early. Why offer the items if you can either not keep them open or put a sign up saying not available. House say closed at 18:30 but still open at 20:30, all around crap service levels.

Very welcoming!
Awfully rude staff, no basic decency or compassion. I asked for a paper cup to take a medicine and was denied it and sent away without even being able to offer to buy something. It doesn't deserve anyone's money.

Ordered from here while on a layover. The drip coffee was full of coffee grounds, the croissant was stale to the point of being inedible, the panini was soggy and also unappetizing. All in all, spent over $30 for a meal that neither of us could eat and it all went in the garbage. Not impressed.

Coffee was decent. But don’t buy any bakery items here. I ordered an Almond Croissant and it was cold! When you pay $5 for a stupid croissant you expect it at least to be warmed before serving!

Horrible. Avoid this place unless you are okay with paying for expired food and terrible service. I was served a breakfast sandwich that was cold and had an expired, black egg and rotten avocado on it. Not only did the sandwich look horrible, it had a pungent odor, reeking of expired food. I lost my appetite after seeing this and kindly asked for a refund only to be offered an exchange and given attitude when asked for a refund and receipt to document the refund. It is a food health hazard to be serving expired food and refusing refunds for it is disgraceful. The customer service is exceptionally lacking here and Khan the cashier gave me a nasty attitude when I requested a refund for my expired sandwich. The only place you’ll be traveling to is the hospital for food poisoning if you eat here. Avoid at all costs!!!

Their rich hot chocolate sure is waking me up this morning. Plus, they didn't charge me for plant milk. Go vegan!

I ordered a regular cappuccino and was charged for a large AND an additional $1.99 for oatmilk, this added charge is not posted on the menu (the drink was 4.99, why would I be charged $2 extra for oatmilk?) An extra shot of espresso is $1.10, why would a regular amount of oatmilk cost more without being posted on the menu. I tried to dispute this with the staff and they would not even acknowledge me and were very rude. I’ve already email illy customer support about my poor experience.
