I wish I had taken a pic, but I ate my food so fast I didn’t get a chance to take one. It’s not too many places that I give a good review, or even when I mean to I forget. I was looking for a good place to get a chicken cheesesteak, without having to endure a long wait, and hoping for one that did not taste like it came from the corner store. I was already out in this area and chose In & Out on a whim. After looking at the menu, I decided my search was over and confirmed I would order here because the prices were fair, but mainly because they do not serve pork products, which was the biggest win for me. Now, let’s talk about this chicken cheesesteak! The roll was fresh! The cheesesteak was loaded with meat. Loaded! Stuffed! I could barely eat half. I had to save the other half and my cheesy fries for dinner the next day (I had a platter. I got it on Tuesday, finished eating it Wednesday, and it was so good I forgot to take the pic both times, but now it’s 3:57 am in the morning on Thursday and it was weighing on my mind and heart to write this review). That’s all, that’s the review, as you see I can keep going but I’ll end there. Oh, but wait, AND the chicken was real chicken, tasted fresh, not the minute steak frozen sheet stuff. I don’t like that. That’s why I didn’t want the corner store tasting chicken cheesesteak. Ok, now I’m done. Get the chicken cheesesteak.Dietary restrictions: They don’t serve pork which is the ultimate win for me!!!

We were working around the corner from this place and we ordered 3 slices to go and they put all 3 slices in a small box one on top of the other. What a beautiful mess. Never again.

Lady that answers the phone is really nice. That's refreshing considering most people in the area have no type of customer service skills. I gave 4 stars because this was my first time ordering from here but the chicken cheesesteak was good. That lady deserves a raise and they should keep her around. I'll order again.

I can only say good things about this restaurant. I usually order delivery and the person taking my order has always been pleasant and have always gotten my order right. I’m told delivery will take an hour but it usually takes less. The food is good and the prices are comparable to the other places in the area.

I ordered from this place for the first time. I usually buy on-site and they have pretty good food so I decided to do delivery. I waited almost an hour even though I live like less than 10 minutes away. The delivery driver called 3 times within a minute of each other- 6:57, 6:58, 6:58 were the times he called but I stepped away from my phone a sec. The next minute the restaurant called and told me to go to the door because the driver was outside. I stood at the door for 10Minutes and called the driver who told me that he called me and was not coming back out and to never call him again. I explained to him that the cashier from the restaurant told me to stand at the door after he called for him to give me food. He said he was not coming back and when I called the restaurant they agreed that he was not coming back, though they told me to stand at the door after he called and he lied and said he came to the door and then admit he didn’t come to the door because it was dark outside. Though their food is alright it’s not worth the hassle if you have to wait forever and then someone lies to you because he didn’t want to get out of the car. Customer service sucks.
