Had a long layover in Philly and decided to have dinner at Independence Prime. The Fish and Chips was ok and at a decent price for an airport. But the service was much better. I didn’t expect for it to be so quick with my order and as responsive with the few special request I made. Roseanne was great!!
My friends and I had a long layover in PHL and was served by Roseanne. She is super friendly, professional and helpful! Oh, she recommended the beet salad and it was to die for!!!!
The esthetic is nice considering the restaurant is located in the airport. It is directly across from the restrooms, which is convenient. The menu is overpriced. We spent $116.99 for everything you see. The quality was not bad, but it was not exceptional. I would try another restaurant if we returned. This has no reflection on the staff.
