alright i online ordered a box of six cookies and two scoops of ice cream, totaled around $30 pros- they arrived pretty warm everything tasted great and i liked the options available they arrived when they were estimated to (took ab half an hour)
cons- one of the cookies (snickerdoodle) was really undercooked to the point i couldn’t eat it $30? it’s online so ill allow it but thats a lot of money for what i got

Went into this place when it was open only to see no one at the counter. I go back out, wait in the car, then go back into the store. Store. Still no one's there. As I'm leaving the place, the worker comes in from outside, stating that she was was using the bathroom or something. I ordered the cookies I order some cookies and had to wait 15 minutes. Then I was told another 15 minutes. Then another 15 minutes. Final, my order was done and the representative gave me a little discount. Today I come back and the customer service representative was very short, and totally disinterested in her job. Any question I asked, she just referred me to look at the menu. She seemed bothered that I was actually there. The cookies are good but the customer service stinks.

Extremely disappointing experience. I tried calling the store after the expected delivery window passed and no one answered, so I figured the cookies weren’t coming. To my surprise, I got a text a little over half an hour later saying they were on their way. I honestly wish they hadn’t come. The cookies were cold, one of them wasn’t what I had ordered, the ice cream was melted, and the ice cream had a HAIR in it. You just lost a customer. I want my money back.

There are 2 white ladies who were working there and were very racist, especially the one on the register. She was unpleasant with me and didn’t let me order at first. When I tried to finish my order, she started billing me and when I asked why she did that, she said she’s making the line move. She wasted time chit chatting with the 2 customers before me and tried to blame me for causing delay in service to the other customers behind me. I don’t think I would go back to insomnia cookies during that lady’s shift. I went to the manayunk branch at 10 PM on a Monday night.

I came at 9:00pm with my daughter to get some cookies only to be told that we can’t order in the store and that we have to stand outside and order online. In addition to that, the service was very poor.
