I've been to insomnia many times. I'm from Charlotte and I'm here visiting. I ordered from this store and was very underwhelmed. I ordered 4 cookies and only got 3. I called to let the store know and they did very minimal to rectify the situation. So I just told them, I'll come pick up the cookie that you forgot, which was very inconvenient. All of the cookies were cold and hard. I'm hoping it was just an off night for them but this experience has let me down. I should've went to Crumbl.

We stop in randomly for a cookie or ice cream craving. It’s consistently good. We just went again yesterday, and Nathaniel served us, and was awesome! Greeted us with a smile, was super patient with our 6 person group, made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Thanks Nathaniel!

I had a good experience here. The lady at the register was nice and service was quick. And I got an extra cookie! I don't know if it was accidental or intentional, but I ordered four (and paid for just four). When I opened the box later, there were five cookies. All still warm. All good.
