⭐ 1 Star I visited this location tonight and ordered 6 sugar cookies, but was instead given 6 snickerdoodle cookies. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this terrible mistake until I got home. I was very upset because I’m ALLERGIC TO CINNAMON, which made the mix-up a serious issue rather than just an inconvenience. This was a waste of money, and it could have had health consequences. Staff need to be much more careful when fulfilling orders.

Insomnia Cookies in Philadelphia delivered four warm chocolate chip cookies to a friend who had had a dreadful day in the hospital. I couldn’t visit in person, but the cookies communicated my care. Easy, priced reasonably, delivered warm, and the minimum was enough to share with the nurses! Lifted everyone’s spirits and helped me feel better from afar. Great experience!
