This review is specifically about the employee working at 3 PM today. From the moment I arrived, she had an attitude and made it clear she didn’t want to be bothered with helping me or taking my order. I’m a frequent IC customer at other locations and have never experienced this level of disrespect or negativity. If this had been my first visit, I wouldn’t want to come back. I’m sharing this feedback so your team can be more aware of who you’re hiring, because she was not representing the welcoming and positive experience that IC usually delivers. Stopped in before catching the train. Lady was nice but shorted me cookies and charged for cookie varieties that weren't there. Ordered 24 and got 21. Guess I should have checked before leaving but who knows. She added 11 cookies that had an upcharge of 4cents a piece. Guess I will reach out to customer service.

Ordered for delivery, when order was delivered, cookies were there but ice cream was not. I called the store and the who person answered, Rachel I believe, immediately apologized and took accountability while having it re-shipped. Excellent customer service and cookies were great :)
