Cookies are good. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Half the order didn’t come (despite being charged). When we called about it, they said they would come a second time to bring the rest, but then rudely hung up on us mid-sentence. We called back to confirm they had the right order, but they hung up on us again before we could finish explaining. The second order never came. Whoever was working the phones on the evening of 11/25 should not work in customer service. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Although the building was a bit tricky to get into, once inside it was fantastic service! I haven't had insomnia cookies in a while and almost forgot how delicious and addicting they can be. The service at the desk was so patient and kind, absolutely will be returning 10/10 service!
