Manuel or Emmanuel The guy who works Wednesday nights September 4th did an awesome job. Very hygienic with the gloves. Awesome customer service. Personable. Knew exactly. All the cookies available. I haven't been to insomnic cookies for a long time but today I thought hey why not give it a try. And we'll be coming again because of Emmanuel

Let me just start of by saying u havent had Insomnia Cookies in almost 2 years. I just ordered online for a pickup order and when i entered the establishment i was greeted with a warm welcome from Emmanuel and assured that my order is ready. He is very respectful, welcoming and also polite. I appreciate his service and I would love to be back here.
