High price but cookies are delicious and always warm.
Sophaun explained the menu well & offered great suggestions to try with ice cream pairings. I always am consistent with my order but it was nice to try something new and like it. He always let me know to download the app and build points to begin receiving offers.
The cookies is very good and soft
Kid acted like he hated his job yesterday. Did two half spoonful scoops for a small ice cream in a cup. No smile, barely any words spoken.
Rude employee last night they kick me off i had delivery
Terrible service! I was told to wait 15 minutes, but they kept me waiting almost 50 minutes. After all that, the employee said the order had been ready for 20 minutes and still refused to give it to me. Then he told me to cancel and leave. Completely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. This was a total waste of time and cost me money. I’ll never come back here and do not recommend this place at all.
terrible location, wait was extremely long and my order was not even ready for pick up 25 min AFTER it was placed. staff was also very rude and unprofessional; honestly want my funds back.

Horrible! I got a brownie and ice cream and it was hair in it on my first bite! I will never go here again. I almost died all the girl said was I can refund you!
