The price point for the flight is great at $6.00. Usually, kombucha has a bubbly, carbonated feel that makes it bright and fresh but here it seemed pretty flat. The Chai just smells and tastes like clove which is a powerful smell/taste. The peach ginger doesn’t have that much fruit flavor. The other concern is the closing time of 4:00pm on weekends. All this being said, a fermentary is a pretty rare find although the kombucha is simply ok.

Every time I roll up to Inspired Brews, I get a little giddy. Their products are so tasty, but even better is the vibe - it's homey and welcoming and even if you're not getting more than a cup, you can sit down and enjoy. The prices are right, the flavors are so spectacular, and Jessa the proprietor is so friendly and kind.

I love their fresh batches of homemade kombucha on-site . They have in on draft to sample or buy and also bottled. Thdir latest additions if kefir water and ginger beer, are really spectacular along with their offerings from Reap Wellness- the freshest plant-based salads and glow bowls around so good.

Across many Kombucha companies and flavors i praise Inspired Brews specifically & only for there single flavor: "Immunity." This helps with depression and social events (Chameleon Cold Brew Vanilla Coffee originally only helped with this). I strategically purchased "Immunity" in bulk to test and have before my interview with the union, before a panel of 6 members between NECA and the IBEW that i rehearsed for. It is consistently made; 7/8 batches received were received as expected. If it wouldn't be for "immunity," Kombucha would have been a fad for me personally. Surprisingly, Inspired Brews only sells "Immunity" seasonally, instead of by demand (as if a customer votes by spending cash). This encouraged me to brew in house and hoard its ingredients. Thank you Inspired Brews for a great first great taste of Kombucha.

I'm so happy that I finally visited this place! My brother and I came here around 3pm on a Saturday. We decided to have the kombucha flights. We enjoyed 4 different kombuchas for $6 (bogo price that day.) That day they had Golden kombucha, Ginger kombucha, Cranberry kombucha and Immunity kombucha. We loved the ginger the most, it had a great fresh flavor. The woman behind the counter was also so kind and informative! She was helpful with serving us the kombuchas and educating us. I was happy to support this small local business.

Best kombucha I've had, and I feel like I've tasted every commercial brand on the market. My go-to's are The Dr. and Golden, probably because they're the 2 (of the 4-5 available in bottles) I like most from my regular stops (Knead, Mom's...). I'm so happy to see them available in more and more locations across the city.
