Came before the time it says they are supposed to be closed (8 p.m). They were closed. That is very unprofessional to close before the time on the door. Do better.

This place is deliiiicious. I’ve only done pick up. Not sure anyone ever actually eats there. It’s encased with plastic, kinda loud from some big fans, hard to hear. But absolutely none of that matters because they have the best jerk chicken you can get in Philly (in my experience so far). I lived in Florida for a while and ate a lot of jerk chicken. And this place does it right. Glad I came in and tried it! The people are nice. I’m a repeat customer. And I have no intention of stopping.

Found a dead roach in my cabbage and I should've known better because there was one on the stove when I went in to order and was looking at the menu, in the first place. Restaurant is filthy, floors are mucky and I wouldn't tell anyone to buy there unless they were dying and starving (I was starving and said let me give it a try regardless - I know ! Tricks are for kids). The Owner works there and he is a very rude old man especially when you mention something you don't like about his store or if it looks different than the typical Jamaican store and suggests you should buy somewhere else if you don't like his service. -0 is what I would rate it if yelp allowed such a thing.I've bought Jamaican food off of Germantown Ave by Top Notch and another off of Rising Sun by Shanna's and the food is fresh, clean and the staff smiles. I'll never be coming here ever again. Eat at your own risk !

Do NOT.come to this restaurant. Owner is very rude to customers and starts cussing you out if you ask questions about the menu. I will be telling EVERYONE not to spend their hard earned money at this place. Disgusting behavior.
