We arrived on time for our reservation, waited for the hostess but no one showed up for 15 minutes so we left.

Had to change review, our last 2 deliveries had and have missed food items, basics of to go orders check for all items on ticket! When ordering sodas they put them in a kid's cup for $4.95 each that is just wrong!

Seated right away not busy at all. Waited 15 minutes no server ever came. Got up and left.

It was Sunday afternoon about 1:30 pm . As we entered the restaurant you could see that they were short staffed . No one at the door to greet us for several minutes and lots of empty dirty tables , with dishes etc . The waitress was friendly enough and did the best she could . The turkey burger was ok , calamari and cheese steak egg rolls were good . I wouldn't rush back , someone should have apologized for the delays etc .

I think there must have been a staffing problem the night of our visit. We were seated for about 20 minutes before a waiter approached our table. And the service was abysmal for the duration of our visit. I am a "King of the Hill" member, have dined here MANY times, and have always been pleased with the food and the service. Hopefully this was an "outlier" experience and not the beginning of a downward spiral.

We enjoyed a family dinner for six on a weekday night at this very convenient location. Burgers for all were succulent and cooked to order with Cheeseburgers and the Iron Luxe burger being the most popular choices. Fries were perfect. Beers and one Shirley Temple were very nice. Our server, Barney, was very welcoming and attentive, particularly with answering questions regarding the menu and clean-up of a spilled beer. Food came promptly and requests for additional utensils and condiments were quickly met. The primary difficulty we encountered was the tight quarters for five adults and one child, albeit in a large booth, which made it difficult to pass items or move without bumping one another, hence the spilled beer. Next time we'll ask to skip the booth for a party that size.

Food quality was pretty good. Service, however, was not very good as they were disorganized and server did not come back to check on us for long periods. We were a party of eight celebrating an anniversary and they were apathetic. a request for a second glass of wine took 30 minutes and came with the check. One of our party thank you. efforts to satisfy food allergies were fair overall, I would not recommend the restaurant unless the party is extremely hungry and has no other options
