I’d love to give a community staple good reviews. For two days in a role this place has taken orders from me and my family and proceeded to use excuses about why the order wasn’t ready. One day, I ordered at 5:30pm for an order that they claimed would be ready in ten minutes when we arrived at 6:30pm to pick up they again, said ten minutes. I asked for a refund. Revisited the day after, made an order, waited for 20 minutes to be told “the order wasn’t sent to the kitchen” 😂 WTH does that even mean. The kitchen is less than one foot away. 😂

Didn't even get to order, I've eaten from here before and never usually have a problem. The lady on the phone had a complete attitude when asking about delivery. They are 1.5 miles away and said they don't deliver to my address. Service was horrible and I will be reporting this business to the city! Based on others COMMENTS L&I WILL NEED TO COME OUT! All because of your staff attitude and your food quality. I will make sure others do the same.

Horrible! I work at HUP 54, so this place is close and our go-to! I'm not sure what happened but the food has been horrible. They have given us Bad Shrimp, Spoiled Collard Greens, and a fish sandwich with one piece of fish. We have attempted to keep our relationship with them, however the unprofessional behavior is getting out of control. We will no longer be ordering from them!!!! Inside of fixing the order I was told to go somewhere else! I will pass the message on to all my hospital staff.

Ordered some Dungeness crab yesterday. It made me sooo sick. I was throwing up and had diarrhea. When I looked at the rest of the cluster I haven’t eaten yet, the crabs were dirty and the bottom of the foam plate was green. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN
