I’d love to give a community staple good reviews. For two days in a role this place has taken orders from me and my family and proceeded to use excuses about why the order wasn’t ready. One day, I ordered at 5:30pm for an order that they claimed would be ready in ten minutes when we arrived at 6:30pm to pick up they again, said ten minutes. I asked for a refund. Revisited the day after, made an order, waited for 20 minutes to be told “the order wasn’t sent to the kitchen”...
I believe that JP Seafood is charging hidden fees through Uber Eats. The reason why I believe that is because this is the second time I have ordered from the place and they ripped the total off the bottom of the printed receipt. My meal is $37.99 on the receipt, but my total on Uber Eats was over $50 including a tip for the driver and they claim there's no delivery. It does not make sense.
My family and I used to love going here for seafood dinners. The taste of the food isn't as good as it used to be. Bland with just no flavor. And the seafood salad messed my stomach up. I ate it once, and it did, then I ate leftovers, and it happened again, so I know it was the cajun seafood salad. They probably used old seafood to make it. My family was not pleased either, and my grandson, who just discovered he likes seafood, was disappointed in the shrimp and crab legs.
