The chicken on the chicken Philly was excellent. However, there was hardly any cheese. Service was slow. I was surprised when I got the bill and saw that they added a 3% wage and Benefit surcharge to the bill. Why not just raise the menu prices 3% instead of surprising guests at the end of their meal with a hidden surcharge?
I don't understand the reviews claiming the cheesesteak was dry and flavorless. This is absolutely dripping with juices and is delicious!

Jack Duggans had solid food, but the experience got odd when a waitress came to fetch us at our gate after we said we'd return in 30 minutes for lunch. Felt intrusive and a bit off-putting, even though the service was otherwise friendly.
