The Chinese Lady gave table to other group of ten people who came after us while we are only FOUR people. I argued and she said because they are larger group they got table first. That does not make any sense! I am so dissappointed! I know those group of people are their regular customer because they are people from the church I know. But I am also their customer!! You have lost my respect madam! Bad service! Am not coming back again!

This was our first time going to JadenHarbor.The food was delicious very hot and the service was top-tier. We went there after seeing all the Christmas sites downtown I forgot to take pictures because the food came out so fast we had Spring Rolls Shrimp Lo Mein Shrimp Fried Rice and a Vegetarian dish which I cannot recall the name .... It is a place we will definitely frequent often

It is okay Chinese food if you are looking for a late night bite. But be warned, the reason I am leaving a 1 star review is because they added auto gratuity for a party of 2 (just me and my friend) onto the bill and did not state or highlight this. Good thing I caught this as 'tip' was scribbled barely legibly onto the receipt before I signed the slip (which also asked for additional tip on top of what was automatically charged). This is just a sneaky way for a quick cash grab which I am not a fan of :(

The food wasn’t good enough for how horrible the service was. The server was extremely hostile, hateful and rude. He rushed us to order, never brought out waters, walked away in the middle of a question, came back 3X to opened the bill on the table while we were eating. Im hoping this isn’t a repeated pattern of behavior from staff. I’m hoping this employee was just having a bad day, and it was the perfect recipe for disaster. And still I would’ve rather been turned away than receive such awful service.
Worst service. The waiter was extremely rude and pushy. He let us know he was ready for us to leave. He would walk off in the middle of a question and suck his teeth when asked for things then yelled after us $5 for one chop stick. Save your money and time. Do not eat here. The food is bland and a waste.worst experience ever.

We went 2 weeks in a roll this month. The first time was amazing just how it was for the past 20 years growing up and dinning here. The 2nd time this week, it wasn’t good. There was large group upstairs so the kitchen was running really behind. The wait staff for today, Wednesday was different from the ones we had last time on a Tuesday. The wait staff auto added tip onto our bill, we are a party of 2 not 6 or more. There’s shouldn’t be an automatic tip payment and we are cantonese. And the tip amount was on top of the tax added total not the subtotal. It really left a sour taste in our mouth and we probably wont dine in again. I recommend those wanting to dine in go on a Tuesday or Thursday, with a less aggressive waitstaff team

Nice clean little restaurant the food was phenomenal ! I was told by a local to dine here and we were not disappointed! We ordered so much ! If I ever come back to Philadelphia I will be eating here again ! The orange slices at the end with your fortune cookie was a very nice touch
