The kids I was dropping off at home said they were thirsty so I pulled over to grab a Pepsi for them. A bottle of Pepsi was $2 but a 2 liter was $3.50. I purchased the two liter and asked if they had two cups, she showed me 4oz styrofoam cups and placed two in my bag. I said oh that’s perfect, thank you. I hand her a $5 bill and she gives me a $1 back. I asked “Was there a charge for the cups”, she had the audacity to roll her eyes at me and said $.25 each. I said ”ma’am keep your cups and the soda, just give me my money back”Ladies and gentleman don’t accept disrespect from ANY business where you’re spending your hard earned money, even if it’s just $.50.Oh and let’s not forget ....Jade Palace Take Out2001 S 22ND ST 1914519 violations, 8 serious.Person-in-charge lacked valid food safety certificate; employee seen touching food with his bare hands; old food residue on dishes and utensils in the handwash sink; uncovered raw chicken stored above ready to eat foods; chicken and egg rolls stored at unsafe temperatures; mouse droppings on shelves, in cardboard boxes used to store food and along base of kitchen floors throughout establishment. no toilet room available in facility. General Tso's Chickens had way too much seasoning. You could feel the textures of the powders used and it was more spicy than enjoyable. The chicken was so overcooked that it was very crunchy. Restaurant lobby doesnt look like it has been cleaned very recently.

A standard and reliable Chinese take out place in my neighborhood with super speedy service. The employees were wearing masks and seemed to be keeping up with the current health protocols.

Delicious food and fast service. A gem of a place for fresh Chinese food. The wonton soup and fried dumplings are personal favorites

I ordered General Tsao's from here tonight and it was quite possibly the worst Chinese food that I have ever had in my life. The girl on the phone said that it was going to take 45 minutes, it took an hour and a half. Everything was just bland and tough. I took about 4 bites and threw out the entire order. It's a huge waste of time and money.

Food is bad, I mean its edible but if I am going to pay for nutritional (or rather non nutritional intake) I want it to be enjoyable..On the plus side it is convenientlylocated next to narberth movie theater, so pocketing some grub for a movie is a must. Other than movie time moo shu, I can not think of a reason to get food from here, there are far better options.......IF YOU MUST, go with lo mein (its hard to mess up lo mein), avoid the neon green dumplings..

The food hasn't been the same after they were shut down for not having a cooking license. Just the chicken wings on very late night.

Delicious food and great prices!! I live near this place so I've become a regular customer and they consistently make my favorite veggie fried dumplings of all time. Weiann (sorry if I misspelled!) is always so nice and welcoming and the food preparation is fast :)

Fast, cheap, dependable takeout Chinese. Into lo mein and questionable egg rolls? Jade Palace gotchu. When I'm hanging in Pennsport I'll usually call then head over for pickup. Other times I order in-person and chill on their stoop. Bring cash. Cash only. Don't act like you're surprised. It's not like you're going to spend a lot if you spring for their lunch specials. Shout-out to their friendly staff[1] for keeping me from starving. [1] Is it a shout-out if I don't know their names?

We live down the street and have been curious about this place! Ordered last night in a pinch and it was great. May be our new go to. Would order even if we didn't live this close.
