I've been going to this restaurant for 10 years, 2-3 times a month. Lately I've noticed that the pizzas are complete crap and the food in general has gone bad. I also ate the burger 2 weeks ago and it wasn't tasty either!! I ordered pizza to go, one pizza was normal and the other was burnt from the bottom and raw inside. the owner called me back and said that we should check at the pizza from the bottom before we take it home. He also said that there is no way that the pizza was overcooked upon leaving his place...basically calling me a liar. This already happened 2 months ago and it's a shame, owner doesn't care about the customers and also his son is a drug addict who works there as a manager, he stinks, looks like homeless . I'm never going back!!! Not recommended anymore this place sUCks there are dead flies in the lamps

Been here a few times as i LOVE going out to eat for pasta....this is not it for pasta. Their food is very bland and I've had all pasta dishes from here. They have some much potential but refuse to add flavor. The gnocchi is like a bland soup it's terrible. However, their drinks and bread with butter is why i would come back. But ONLY for their bread and butter. Burger was decent.

The service here was great. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful. The bread was good but the crab cakes were not great. The wine also was not bad but it was not inspiring or excellent by any means. Would likely not return. The Shiraz we got from the retail area was good though and properly priced.

Haven't been here in years but it is still delivering a great culinary experience! We had great Cab that we were able to taste before ordering(Lyle Thomas), and both entrees salmon and pasta ragliatore(sp?) were wonderful. The pot de crene for dessert was out of this world decadent and delicious. Fun night! Our server was awesome! Nice chill late Sunday afternoon vibe

Service was excellent and we really appreciate the staff going above and beyond because we were celebrating my son's last day of radiation for brain cancer. We all enjoyed our food and drinks. My gnocchi portion was a bit small and I went away a little hungry, but we all really enjoyed ourselves overall and everyone else, besides me, was full!☺️

Title: Disappointing Experience at Jake & Coopers: Lack of Customer I used to be a frequent patron of Jake & Coopers, enjoying their ambiance and menu offerings. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the establishment's integrity.Upon my last visit, I encountered an issue with the bartender regarding their policy on tasting sparkling wines before ordering a glass. Despite my previous experiences with flat beverages, I was abruptly told that I could no longer taste the wine because it was supposedly "cutting into their bottom line." This statement was not only false but also incredibly rude. It's understandable that businesses need to maintain profitability, but accusing a loyal customer of affecting their bottom line by simply ensuring the quality of their purchase is unacceptable. Moreover, the manner in which this was communicated, through a staff member rather than the owner or manager, was embarrassing and unprofessional.I have shared my experience with colleagues in the hospitality industry, and they too have expressed disbelief at the owner's attitude. It's disheartening to witness such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and appreciation.Despite having spent considerable amounts of money at Jake & Coopers over the years, I can no longer support an establishment that values its bottom line over basic customer respect and satisfaction. I urge potential patrons to consider this before choosing to dine at Jake & Coopers.

The servers, the cocktails were excellent. An enjoyable dinner as usual with 2 caveats- the cheeseburger could be improved by using a Kaiser type roll rather than the currently fashionable limp brioche roll and the crab in their signature crab cakes was not as fresh as usual and had a slight fishy taste.

Not worth the price point in my opinion, service was lackluster, ambiance was noisy for a “fancy” restaurant, food was decent, but my steak was not to write home about. Wouldn't come back here other than the appetizers and wine selection

The food is average for the amount of money they charge, and the portions are

The waiter recommended the spicy meatball pizza, so I ordered it and it was delicious. The cocktail I ordered was the best I've had in a while. The host was charming and I appreciated that. Nice environment and all around pleasant, pleasurable experience.

Yesterday was a very special day for us, our anniversary. And we decided to celebrate in our favourite restaurant here in “Jake's and Cooper's wine bar”. We had a delicious dinner “Hanger Steak” and an amazing “Spinach Ravioli” in a creamy sauce. Must try as it's so yummy. You have to visit this incredible restaurant if you haven't already. It has a big selection of tasty wine and highly recommend to try Lavender Vodka cocktail. Absolutely surprising flavour! Photos are attached so you can see how tasty it is. Our experience was beyond our expectations. An amazing server Ryley and a manager Ed congratulated us with anniversary by serving two glasses of champagne with an ice cream, a candle, and a song. It touched our hearts so deeply. We would like to express our biggest gratitude for an exceptional and unforgettable customer experience provided by Ryley, Ed and rest of this wonderful restaurant team. I can't wait for our next visit in a few weeks.

Food wasn’t bad. Very small crab cakes, but tasty. Not as attentive wait service on verrry slow day. Could have more small plate options.9

food was good but portions are soooo small! I was still hungry after my entree, which considering it was $30, is crazy!! for the price of it, I expected an actual entree size. service was amazing though!
