Me and my boyfriend went to this place at 1 am and the food was inedible!!! It was very disgusting! We waited 15-20 for our food and it came out cold!!! And the chicken cheeseteak wasn’t fully cooked! The fries were disgustingly dry!! And stale! I would not recommend this place! It was a waste of time and money?

On late Friday night/ Saturday morning I had ordered popcorn chicken and was given (burned) tater tots or whatever it was. When I pointed this out to the woman at the register she just became rude and dismissive and insisted it was popcorn chicken. When I pulled out a tater tot to prove it was NOT my order she just rudely said "so you waited to eat it to say something?" I did not eat the full order and I only realized it was not chicken when I bit into it. She just called the security guard over to kick me out and he sassed me with the same attitude. I understand working late during a rush is hard but it gives no one the right to treat customers rudely and not even acknowledge let alone apologize for mistakes. Any other restaurant would have apologized and corrected the order. This treatment was abysmal and a waste of money/time. The staff needs to be disciplined accordingly or replaced with more professional folks.

I placed a takeout order around 4:30. I got to the restaurant and had to beg security to let me in. After waiting over 30 minutes for my order I “yelled” over the counter asking whether they had started my order. I didn’t get a response, but they finally began making my food.As a restaurant that advertises being open 24 hours in Center City, they certainly weren’t prepared. Unfortunately, the food was lacking. The fries were incredibly soggy and mostly cold. I got the bbq sandwich and they gave me packets of bbq sauce instead of putting it on the sandwich. Honestly, I would’ve been better off going to McDonalds…

Ordered The Coop, popcorn chicken, fried pickles, and tater tots. Didn't get the tater tots in my order. Everything was rubbery and gross. Even the fried pickles were chewy and rubbery. Seemed like it'd been made hours ago and they popped it in the microwave and sent it out for delivery. The sandwich was basically just a rubbery chicken patty with pickles. There's was barely any slaw on it and no sauce. Not good. Wish I would have checked reviews before ordering but hopefully I can save somebody else from a depressing meal and wasted money.

i ordered a hot honey sandwich and they gave me a packet of hot honey that cost $1.00. they couldn't even put it on the sandwich. and it took 50 minutes for my sandwich and onion rings. they also were not cooked and my stomach hurt for 4 days

A really solid place, but they lose a star for taking Cooper Sharp cheese off of the menu.
I love, love, love their steak and egg sandwiches! Their chicken sandwiches are good, too. Cashiers are very friendly, and the place is a great sit-down.
