Ordered on door dash. Trash one mac and cheese OLD and dry look at the pics and smallest plate for 22 but that's fine sinceit was nasty. I love trying new places and they failed overall. Won't return

I always Only get sides, the large side is $15 platter comes with 3 sides so I’ll get rice cabbage & greens…it should come with 4 for $15, the plantains are almost $5 & you get 6 little tiny pieces of chopped up plantain, & my rice was hard really had so either the rice was half cooked or it was old .

Excellent stewed Salmon plate with tasty sides - collard greens, beans/rice, and mixed veggies. Very large portions. Friendly staff.

Not $5 dollars for 3 flat pieces of wings and not whole wings like I expected and they didn't even taste good. Go get a wjole rotisserie chicken for 10 bucks and it's good. Y'all charge WAY too much for that but the plantains were good. Y'all play WAY too much and the other stuff I got was okay, greens salty as hell though. Not going back but the portions were good beside them wings. Don't charge 5 bucks for three flats now. Give whole wings I almost took them back but we were hungry 😩. You got me once but ya won't get me again.

I had the brown stewed Salomon. They gave great portions for the price and the foid was delicious.

TIME FOR A REAL REVIEW!
I went to this place before and I think they changed up their menu. I ordered curried chicken, and all I got was soup bones with a few pieces of meat in it. The large portion is smaller now, and they use medium plates to sell as large. The quality of the food is not as good as before. I would strongly suggest you go to the neighboring carribbean restaurants not far from there and get a better tasting meal with bigger portions. It would be fine if there was at least meat in the large order. Please do your research before going here. I went up island ave to Elmwood and got a must better plate for a lower price.

But alot of mine neighbors say it terrible
I guess it depends on time and day
When the owner is in
The food is good and a cool guy
The portion is a good size

This Caribbean establishment maybe Jamaican American or soul food mix with Jamaican food. The chefs may need a bit more training especially, with Jerk Chicken 🍗 . Overall everything was great, price was reasonable, staff was friendly, and kept neat and clean. I would give this place another try whenever I’m back in Phill

Customer service was horrible, the lady behind the counter, seems as if she just didn't want to be bothered, her tone her stiff face, she prepared the food very sloppy the curry sauce was all over the container dripping in the takeout bag,I will never visit that restaurant ever again, Hope management take a step to improve customer service.
