I had the brown stewed Salomon. They gave great portions for the price and the foid was delicious.

TIME FOR A REAL REVIEW!
I went to this place before and I think they changed up their menu. I ordered curried chicken, and all I got was soup bones with a few pieces of meat in it. The large portion is smaller now, and they use medium plates to sell as large. The quality of the food is not as good as before. I would strongly suggest you go to the neighboring carribbean restaurants not far from there and get a better tasting meal with bigger portions. It would be fine if there was at least meat in the large order. Please do your research before going here. I went up island ave to Elmwood and got a must better plate for a lower price.

But alot of mine neighbors say it terrible
I guess it depends on time and day
When the owner is in
The food is good and a cool guy
The portion is a good size

This Caribbean establishment maybe Jamaican American or soul food mix with Jamaican food. The chefs may need a bit more training especially, with Jerk Chicken 🍗 . Overall everything was great, price was reasonable, staff was friendly, and kept neat and clean. I would give this place another try whenever I’m back in Phill

Customer service was horrible, the lady behind the counter, seems as if she just didn't want to be bothered, her tone her stiff face, she prepared the food very sloppy the curry sauce was all over the container dripping in the takeout bag,I will never visit that restaurant ever again, Hope management take a step to improve customer service.

Awesome restaurant! They went above and beyond to accommodate all my food allergies. The food is delicious and the service is spectacular, every time! Such kind staff. Highly recommended

22 dollars for 5 peices of oxtails is crazy imagine coming to work taking a lunch break thinking you about to get a good portion of oxtails for 22 dollars and they gave you 5 peices with rice cabbage and yams is crazy the oxtails are good just I cannot accept the portion size will be back but not for the oxtails

I had a really unpleasant experience with their food that left my stomach in a terrible state. I should have trusted my instincts on this one. Upon entering the store, I wasn't impressed with the appearance, but I decided to give it a chance. The food is awful, and the service was terrible. Don't waste your money, The only reason they have a star is because I had to select one in order to leave this review.

1st time eating here & my Platter was the worst jamaican food i have ever had... food tasted NOTHING of jamaican flavors...salmon was fried(wish I would of known b4 purchase)& dry as an over cooked chicken breast,cabbage was full of onions that I couldn't tell if I was eating hot onions or cabbage,greens appeared 2 b from a can,rice & bean were ok but dry as well. Unfortunately I will not be returning

Disgusted. Just came out of there I got a oxtail platter medium which was $19 plus 2 beef patties. I spent $28.65 and totally UNSATIFIED. BEEF PATTIES WAS DRY ANS FALLING APART, OXTAILS IS NOTHING BUT BONES AND FAT. MAC N CHEESE IS DRY AND NASTY. THE CABBAGE IS GOOD THATs
