Horrible service. I stood there for a minute or two while this lady mopped, knowing I was there, but didn’t say a word. After she took my order she went back to mopping the floor until she was done and then made my drink. So ridiculous.

I have had the friendliest service, great food and amazing experience! I don’t like dairy and could count on this super nice guy to guide me on my best options and who could speak French to top it all of!! ??!!! If I pass by Philadelphia again, I’ll be back. Merci encore!!

I was waiting to board my plane at the PHL airport. It has been a long time since I last ordered from Jamba Juice. I ordered a large Aloha Pineapple before boarding the plane. Service was prompt and great service from Kokou W.

My daughter and I stopped to get a Jamba Juice while waiting for our connection to Boston. The young lady who waited on us was clearly annoyed we were there and that she had to wait on us and put her phone down. We ordered and she barely even acknowledged or spoke to us never mind providing good customer service. The juices were good but when we said thank you and have a good day she never even responded or gave a smile or made eye contact or anything. The worst customer service experience I've ever had. She was miserable. This was on Saturday 4/28/23 between 1 and 2:00 pm.

Terrible costumer service. I ordered my smoothie without strawberries and she didn’t follow the instructions, I AM ALLERGIC TO STRAWBERRIES and I realized my smoothie had them once I was in the airplane, I had the worst flight with a very bad allergic reaction.

I didn’t catch the name of employee and was in a rush to get to my flight. I felt bad as he had a lot of customers and nobody else helping, however, he served me swiftly which allowed me to get to my flight whilst also taking the orders of other customers. Give my guy a raise and some help.

I waited here for an hour trying to get service between 7 and 8 with no one running the stand , the employees came back at 8:10 declared they closed at 8 and gave me nothing.

Very unmature employee, customer waiting in line for 15 mins, then they decide their are closing. Time was 6:40 and supposedly closing at 7. They should have address the people in line already waiting to not allow anymore customers behind them. Very unprofessional, very disappointed in their service. 8-1-21
