I was waiting for my flight and I decided to get a juice at this place. The staff were not the friendliest but the juice was great. A little over price but that's to be expected in an airport. My recommendation is the staff trained and customer service because I really did not feel welcome and I sort of felt like I was bothering them by ordering my juice.

Caribbean Passion tasted the same as any other location. Quick service at the airport is always appreciated! There was an extra service fee added.

If you are too lazy to make am acai then fake it and put an out if product sign so I don't waste 20 minutes in a line.

the lady working here refused to serve me. i walked up at 5pm because it said it was open. however, i waited there for a few minutes, and the lady said they were closed. i was confused , but it’s whatever. 20 minutes later, i walked by again, and she was serving not one but TWO other people. so i waited in line because i wanted a smoothie…but she said she was closed! 5 minutes later, i walked by once more and she was serving someone else. at this point, i don’t feel safe ordering a smoothie from her, so i didn’t. please look into your staff and thoroughly reevaluate their performance, because this was simply unacceptable. this is NOT a joke

Couldn't get service as the 2 employees were too busy talking to each other and counting the number of coins in the register instead of taking an order or at least saying hi, I will be with you in one minute.

I travel through PHL often and usually grab a Jamba Juice. But today I was next in line at about 5 p.m. and the employee, who was in the middle of making a smoothie, looked up to me and a few other people and said they were closed. It looked like they were normally open until 9, so maybe it is a staffing issue or something. But a sign or a manager there to talk to people would be a better solution, rather than a hurried and overworked employee there by herself.

Good smoothies.

Worker sitting inside at 6:30pm telling everyone she’s closed. Lights all on and google says closes 11pm.

I normally love Jamba Juice, but not here. I ordered the Acai Antioxidant smoothie and the worker used water or something instead of the listed vanilla milk. It just tasted like very watered down juice. I ended up throwing away about $9 of my $10 drink. Another customer walked up to have her drink remade while I was standing there. Clearly I wasn't the only one.

Extremely slow, long wait, just to find out they’re out of apple juice, pear juice and lemonade. If you’re out of half your juices some sort of sign would be nice.
