really enjoy their food but disappointed by the lack of customer service. placed an order on uber eats, my uber courier came to pick it up and they told her they don't have it/it got stolen and that they couldn't remake it. i'm just a paying customer... being met with absolutely no resolution. tried to call the multiple numbers they have and didn't get not one answer. not sure what i did to them to be handled with such lack of care, but okay... put my family and friends on to them but this whole experience definitely turned me off. $30-50 $50-100

Jamil's is kinda hit or miss,sometimes the food can be ok. And others it's like Damnnnn this is amazing. No 2 times are the same. Today everything tastes fresh and delicious. If only it could be like that every time. I almost want to reorder the same thing again in 1 day, but I'm scared to take the chance.

My husband ordered food to help me celebrate Mother's Day. We arrived a little earlier than the food was scheduled to be delivered. However, the food was being packed, so the wait time was very short. The food was delicious! After three days, we are still enjoying the food...at least what's left of it. Food available for pick up.

I called multiple times and went by at 5 p.m., and they closed 1 hour early. They could have put it on the answering machine that they were closing early. I'll try again in a few weeks to see if they're open so we can try the food. It's a shame because they came highly recommended
