Awesome Chicken Udon Soup! An old soup commercial once said its brand of soups ate like a meal. That's certainly the case with the Chicken Udon Soup at Japan Express - a good, hearty bowl with cabbage, carrots, and broccoli in chicken stock along with tudon noodles and lots of tasty grilled chicken. Five Stars (and two thumbs up)!
