I was so taken by the service, the food, and atmosphere that I HAD to paint the owner in oil. You’ll see a Florence style portrait of Mr. Cuddy EARNED not necessarily by him but by those hired by him serving hour after hour behind the bar. I feel cared for and loved when I am there and it’s the only chicken I trust in the area. The soup is the best.

A group of friends went there during the Manayuk Street festival and I must say the food and drinks were good. Later in the evening another friend went inside to get a green tea drink. She wasn’t satisfied with the drink; therefore, she proceeded to order something different. The bartenders were very nasty and literally told her that they could not serve her. I don’t like to pull out the race card but this was definitely an act of racism

Great place to watch a game! The energy was great. We got some mozzarella sticks and they were delicious. The bartender was awesome too, she was quick, efficient and attentive. 10/10 would come back
JD attracts a mixed crowd of locals and people in their young twenties. It's a good place to watch a game. Their food is standard pub fare, but the taste is above average.
