Absolute garbage. Go by a half gallon for the same price as a pint from this place. Do not waste your money. Total waste.

Almost all of the flavors offered are wonderful. I love the rotating seasonal flavors and the fact that samples are offered so you can try things out. It is a bit pricey, but the ice cream is very high quality and many of the flavors are unique, so it is worth it. My favorite flavors are darkest chocolate and rainbow buttermilk frozen yogurt, both of which pair very well together!

I tried the White Chocolate Peppermint, Pistachio Macaron, and Brambleberry Crisp, and each flavor was delicious in its own way. The White Chocolate Peppermint had a perfect balance of sweetness and minty freshness, while the Pistachio Macaron was smooth and creamy with a lovely nutty taste. The Brambleberry Crisp was a standout with its fruity notes and crunchy bits—so satisfying! The color combination of the flavors was amazing too, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for unique and flavorful ice cream!

"Patience Pays Off at Jeni’s"
Lines outside an ice cream shop often trigger a fight-or-flight response. Some people flee, others endure. At Jeni’s, the right choice is to stay and embrace the wait.
The scent of freshly-made waffle cone wafts around the block, teasing you with its sweetness. It’s enough to make anyone want to stop in every night. Building anticipation is Jeni’s business model—an attempt to unearth the dormant time-sense of childhood, when a one minute delay in getting anything we wanted was cause for frothing frustration, terrible spurts of jumping up and down.
On our visit, even the security guard was in on the experience. Tasked with maintaining occupancy limits, he played gospel on his phone for the line of eager customers, fully aware of our fraught psychological condition. “Thank God I was born a Christian,” he told us.
The flavors I chose—brambleberry, almond brittle, and dark chocolate—evoked memories of my grandma’s cellar. Heavy on buttermilk and gentle on tartness, they wove together the nostalgia of homemade preserves and packed-away Halloween decorations.
So, when the time feels right, don’t let a long line deter you. Let the wait build your anticipation. Jeni’s is well worth it.
Excellent service, courteous staff with knowledge of what they have and really nice selection. The "darkest chocolate" flavour is highly recommended... Not sweet yet very tasty...

Great ice cream and they always have seasonal flavors and offer free tasting so you can decide what to get. it was 10 pm and they had a 20 min line! But honestly it is because of all customers asking for samples...

I just don’t understand why pints are $12 here but only $8-9 in the grocery store. Can’t imagine I will be back with Target across the street selling the same for less.

As someone who has egg allergy this is one of the best places to have ice cream. Curious enough, Jeni's ice cream don't contain eggs, which is awesome. The ice cream flavors are so unique and they are all amazing! I particularly recommend the blueberry lavender and the peanut butter one. Great flavors. I just have to highlight that the service needs to drastically improve! There was a line with 40 people and one person working behind the counter. The wait time to get an ice cream was over 50 minutes. Please be more attentive with that.
Vegetarian options: More vegan options could be added to the menu. When I visited there was only two
Dietary restrictions: Two vegan options and most of their ice creams are both gluten free and egg free.
