Updated 9/30/2025 Usually Jersey Mike's is on point but tonight they dropped the ball. I ordered my usual Big Kahuna cheesesteak with jalapeños on the side thru Uber Eats. The big Kahuna comes with peppers, mushrooms, grilled onions and extra cheese, and I ordered extra cheese on top of that like I usually do. My sandwich had no grilled onions, no mushrooms, and barely any cheese. Do disappointed . Ruined my meal.

I made an Uber eats order for this location and it took them almost 2 hours to wrap up my order. Why is one sandwich taking this long ??
They are not doing work here they are five or four person but they are hanging around nobody gave the order nobody have to help out all the guyz if anybody asking for delivery orders they are too much attitude to respond I don’t what they are doing
