Food was just fine for the steep price at brunch. views and dessert buffet almost make up for it. worth coming here once and then not really again
I found this bar to be very overrated. Only there gor drinks. Very loud. Not plush or luxurious. Felt rushed. Nothing like the old Swan Lounge.
The money is for the location.
Sky high is such an amazing spot when coming into the city- It’s such a great experience including savory food with city views. I want to thank our server that attended us, she has been the best and nothing but the sweetest! She always remembers us and our staple drinks which makes us feel very welcomed each time. The ambiance over all is amazing along with the city views. Me & my partner have been coming here since our first date to now our anniversary’s and we love it. We highly recommend trying the hash brown caviar, the flavors won’t disappoint! Thank you again sky high.
For the kind of hotel this is, the service was truly disappointing! We were told that the bar is open seating and that anytime we see an open table we can go ahead and sit only if its a high top. The server kept ignoring us and completely not paying attention like we were some trash. It is not acceptable and DO NOT go there if you don’t want to be treated badly!
Absolutely disappointing experience at the Four Seasons rooftop. Kevin blatantly ignored us the entire time — no greeting, no service, not even eye contact. It felt like we were invisible. For a place that prides itself on luxury and hospitality, this kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. Kevin made it clear we weren’t welcome, and honestly, we won’t be coming back.
My wife brought me here for a date and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The decoration is good. Staff is attentive and kind. I enjoyed non-alcoholic beers. The cheeseburger was great but they forgot to remove the bacon the first time. They apologized and cook another one. If that incident did not occur I would have given an easy five star. Prices are a little high but food is good.
Sunday Brunch menu is a JOKE. Terrible food bad service.
My mom and I came here for the light bite menu. The venue is beautiful with really staggering views of Philly. We enjoyed sampling the menu and chatting with Kayla, who was so friendly and helpful with recommendations. We did not feel rushed and enjoyed the space to relax.
The girl at the reception was a disaster. Do not even choose to talk her. Her name is Nuri and she was terrible personality.I been a few time here but I never seen before rude girl here.

What a great experience!! It begins with a spectacular glass elevator ride to the 60th floor. The reception and flowers are stunning and the florals reflect the season. JG SkyHigh has the most stunning views of Philadelphia, a fabulous bar, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had great, friendly servers and the ambience was top-notch!!

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Skyhigh Restaurant. The lady at the reception told me there were no seats available. However, I could see multiple empty tables around the restaurant, and the OpenTable app also showed open seatings at that time. It was frustrating to be turned away while it was clear there were open seats.

Very disappointed. I have been to Jean Georges Philly and NYC, and those experiences were excellent. Unfortunately, my experience at JG Sky High was not worth the cost to dine there. Obviously the space is amazing, but our server was inattentive, and the food was extremely basic for the cost. I though the power lunch would be a good deal, but I ended up with an average bowl of tomato bisque and a very bland chicken sandwich. The server let our water run empty, removed plates with food still on them and didn't ask if we were finished, for the price we paid for a very basic lunch, we should have had a better experience.
I had high hopes for SkyHigh, given its stunning location on the 60th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, but my experience left much to be desired. While the panoramic views of the city were undeniably impressive, the service fell short of what I’d expect from a high-end establishment where a three course dinner can easily go over $100 per person.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that attention to detail was lacking. No one offered to take our jackets, which seemed like a basic courtesy for a restaurant of this caliber. The tables surrounding us were offered but we weren’t for whatever reason. Even more concerning was that our server never inquired about any food allergies or dietary restrictions, which could have been a serious issue if you have a nut allergy or something.
Throughout the meal, small oversights continued to pile up. Our food menus were left on the table long after we’d ordered, cluttering the space unnecessarily. When my soup arrived, I wasn’t given the opportunity to capture the presentation, missing out on a potential Instagram and Yelp moment.
The final disappointment came when my birthday went completely unacknowledged, despite it being noted in our reservation. Not even a simple “happy birthday” or a complimentary dessert was offered.
While the food was decent and the views spectacular, these service missteps significantly detracted from what should have been a special dining experience. For the prices charged at SkyHigh, I expected much more attentive and thoughtful service. Unfortunately, it seems the restaurant is relying too heavily on its location and failing to deliver on the finer points of hospitality.
