Employee obviously didn’t want to be there. So miserable. And my sandwich didn’t taste fresh at all. Never again.
Horrible location. They didn't have the ingredients to make the sandwich I ordered from the mobile app. Once there, they informed me the order would be cancelled and I would have to order something else. After ordering my new sandwich at the counter they told me they don't accept G/Apple Pay, forcing me to leave hungry.
Wasted 45 mins waiting for 1 sub. The kid who works here said the manager left and he was barely trained on anything. The bread was flat and cold and sandwich was terrible. Go somewhere else because this business owner doesn’t care.
Called for an order, being yelled by the lady who picked up the phone. If you want to get yelled and spent $80 for nothing, here is the place
Ordered delivery at 4pm, order was confirmed and gave me a 20 min ETA. At 4:40 I started calling the shop to ask where my sandwich was, and no one answered. I kept calling until 5PM when they closed, and never got an answer and my sandwich never arrived. I was starving and moving into a new place so didn’t have any groceries yet. I wasted an hour on this sandwich that never came, truly the worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had.
Ordered my sandwich, arrived missing chips. When I called the store the person who put together my order kept telling that she put the bag of chips inside, kept explaining her that if they were in ai would not be calling them for a bag of chips. In addition worst sandwich I have ever seen from JJ. Bread was white and barely baked when usually the have a nice color and fresh taste, sandwich was put together in a hurry and missing elements
The 1 guy who's making the subs and a delivery guy is amazing. Very nice and patient but the company themselves needs improvement. 2nd time I've ever been to one and there's always only 1 person doing everything. Some people get only 30 mins for lunch and can't stand and wait 45 mins for 1 sandwich

Terrible experience I order in jersey all the time and never have issues. was left on hold at lunch time just trying to order one hoagie, hung up after 5 minutes called back and the manager Cynthia said flat out he must of forgot about you, so I asked for the owner and got hung up on 4x then called corporate and owner called me finally and wouldn't let me talk over talked me and accused me of talking to the manager rude when it was opposite. I'll never go here and I hope they both get fired. emailed the ceo and hr because they should not be in retail/customer service.
Sat and wait for 15 minutes BEFORE I was able to order. Lady working was rude and very overwhelmed. She seemed to have no idea or care about what I was ordering. I had to repeat my order three times. Keep in mind my order was just a number. Disappointed but did seem understaffed although the one guy was just standing around.

Busy location next door to the hospital - sandwich was good & ready super fast. Tables could have been cleaned. But it was lunchtime and they were swamped.
I walked over here to place an order and the doors were locked despite it saying they were open. The people inside were working. I called asking if I could place an order and they said “they locked the door so they could catch up”. As a former Jimmy John’s employee, thay is disappointing and resulted in me losing my entire lunch break by wasting time walking here.My criticism isn’t the employees, but is directed towards the owner/managers. Staff the location better, do your prep work to accommodate your order volume and don’t lock the doors when you’re open.
Delivery orders consistently take 1-2 hours. Not available on any of the delivery apps.I don’t usually post reviews but this is pretty absurd. If you don’t have the bandwidth to deliver than don’t offer it.
I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is great & I always get delivery within 30 minutes
