Our 2 Italian subs were missing tomatoes. The subs were delicious! We love the bread. But we really missed the tomatoes. We are not sure wht they weren't put on.

Showed the worker an exact written order of what I wanted...and they still put mayo on an Italian hoagie when the order didn't have the word mayo on it. Serves me right for getting an Italian hoagie from a place called Jimmy Johns

The food is great with good portions in the subs and very quick service. It's a small facility with high traffic so it might be a little cramped if you plan to eat in but other than that, I enjoyed eating here.

Customer service sucks! On several occasions I have went in there and the cashiers are very rude! As of today I will never patronize that establishment ever again!

The gm at this store is rude and unprofessional I went in to try and resolve an issue and was told I wasn’t listening at the end of the day I do not know who the hell the gm thinks he is but as a paying customer that has had my money stolen off my card by jimmy johns I feel the response was very unnecessary. He didn’t even care and for that you will never receive my business again

Poor customer service by the employees. Employee taking orders was on her phone (speaker) talking to someone while taking my order. Attitude was terrible, very clear she didn't want to be at work and didn't care whether I ordered or not. Won't be back.
