The food is great with good portions in the subs and very quick service. It's a small facility with high traffic so it might be a little cramped if you plan to eat in but other than that, I enjoyed eating here.

Customer service sucks! On several occasions I have went in there and the cashiers are very rude! As of today I will never patronize that establishment ever again!

The gm at this store is rude and unprofessional I went in to try and resolve an issue and was told I wasn’t listening at the end of the day I do not know who the hell the gm thinks he is but as a paying customer that has had my money stolen off my card by jimmy johns I feel the response was very unnecessary. He didn’t even care and for that you will never receive my business again

Poor customer service by the employees. Employee taking orders was on her phone (speaker) talking to someone while taking my order. Attitude was terrible, very clear she didn't want to be at work and didn't care whether I ordered or not. Won't be back.

I’ve eaten at this location before and the sandwiches I got were good. But then I saw them do this. Granted they may not use that same knife to cut the sandwiches? buuuuut…..

Staff, service, and food were great, but the men's room needed attention.

I definitely got food poisoning from here the other day. A couple hours after eating lunch here my stomach and abdomen were super uncomfortable and for the last 48 hours I've gotten real familiar with my toilet if you take my meaning.If you go here just get the chips or cookies, things that are wrapped up and prepped elsewhere. Go to the hospital cafeteria or Gia for a sandwich or drink, they cost the same if not slightly cheaper, taste better, and won't make you ill.

Idiot guy just gave me Turkey on a bun. He was very high and forgot to put the lettuce tomato and mayo on. Maybe he should stick to taking out trash what he is qualified for.

Employees vaping from the kitchen leave the place with a constant ill-inducing smell. Feeling nauseous while typing. This store is a disservice to the nurses, doctors, and patients in the surrounding hospitals. Do better JJs.
